We were a group of 24 celebrating two birthdays this past week, a 21st and 40th Birthday. We had such an amazing trip and the house was absolutely beautiful and definitely plenty of room to accommodate our large group. Property location was close to the Vegas strip and close to shopping centers as well as restaurants. Property owner was easily accessible and quick to answer any questions before and during our stay as well as addressing our concerns. Would definitely recommend this place to stay if you are with a large group. We would stay again!!

Everything was great. Hit tub didn’t warm up but still a great spot otherwise.

Our overall stay was wonderful and very positive. We were able to stay together as a family and enjoy each other's company. The pool was great for the kids (11) and adults (18). It was the focal point of our stay as it was very hot and the pool was a perfect place to be! I would recommend this place for a family reunion such was ours and would also note how conveniently located it is to the strip and Town Square.

The Spanish Mansion met and exceeded our expectations. It is a great location for accessing the Strip, for nearby restaurants and supermarkets, and for day trips to Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon, and Mt. Charleston. We had 26 people from age 2 - 81 for our annual family reunion, and everyone was comfortable. The kids loved the pool, and having everything on one floor was definitely a plus. As we were leaving, everyone said this was one of the very best properties we have ever rented. Tony was very prompt in responding by text to our questions beforehand, and every step went smoothly. Thanks for a great vacay.

We stayed with a large group of friends and family. Everything was there for us and self contained. We would stay there again for certain.

We stayed at the Spanish Mansion for our annual golf trip and the property was fantastic! Tony was super responsive to our emails and texts. Everything was spotless when we arrived and we enjoyed relaxing between golf rounds and evening entertainment. I would highly recommend this property:-)

We rented this house for 30 friends to have a relaxing long-weekend. The house is PERFECT and Tony was so helpful and gracious about everything, including accommodating our chaos. The house is absolutely enormous, with all the amenities we could hope for, and it's conveniently located to the Strip as well as more suburban necessities like groceries and the fancy Town Center mall if you need to shop. We loved the privacy of the house, and the open spaces with the gaming areas, and TWO kitchens. The pool with the solar heat was warm enough to enjoy but weather was unseasonably warm (in the 80s during the day) for the end of February. All in all this was a wonderful stay, and we're considering making it an annual tradition. Everyone had only great things to say about the house. Thanks Tony!!

Perfect setting for a large group. Had 18 of us and everyone had plenty of personal space in a top quality house with comfortable beds and terrific bathrooms. The activities in the house are incredible (golf, ping pong, pool, fooseball, air hockey, basketball), plenty to keep people occupied and provide a great change of pace from the strip. Speaking of the strip, the house is ideally situated a 7 minute uber ride from the south of the strip and the same from the airport so commute is a non issue. Enjoy this great property as a perfect alternative to renting a ton of hotel room. Can't recommend highly enough. Will definitely be back.

3 large families fit comfortably in this house. We had a great time with the pool/spa, ping pong, pool table and small onsite golf course! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our home cooked meals. Tony followed up on all communication promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

I don't know how many houses and banquet rooms I looked at to have a Grand Family Reunion. There were so many that denied our request due to the amount of people we had in our party. We were told no parties were allowed but after speaking with Tony countless times, I just had to reassure him that it would not be a rowdy party, just out of town relatives getting together and seeing one another for an Annual Reunion. We met with Tony about a month or so before to see the house and know first hand how we would divide rooms between the 21 of us that stayed at the house. When we arrived to the house we were soon amazed at the pure size of the Spanish Mansion. We had to go to every room and write down what kind of beds each room had and there were so many that we had to have post-its on every door for people to remember where they will be sleeping. I've got to mention we got tired just running around back and forth from one end of the house to the other. I won't lie, we did get lost a few times hehe. A BIG PLUS for the house was that it was a one story house, since we had mostly senior citizens coming to the reunion. Like I said before we rented the house for a reunion to be held at the house on a Friday and Saturday. Saturday was our big day when everyone that was suppose to attend would be there at the house. I have to admit, there were so many people in the house but just didn't feel like it due to the size of the house. I have to say there were about 60-70 people in the house and the house still felt huge. Not only was the house itself huge, the outside was even bigger, i'd say it was 3-4 times as big as the house with a gate to get into the property. We had a tent set up and tables for people to eat outside but unfortunately were not used by many because it was scorching hot! A few of the guys were outside playing basketball, golf, and ping pong in the front yard, and the kids were in the back yard in the pool. There was one instance where we could not get into the garage because it was locked from the inside and I texted Tony and he responded within a few minutes and saved us! Thank you Tony!! The only problem we faced was the trash pick up day. What was on the check in rules was not updated, so our trash bin was overflowing and outside the bin. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would recommend the house to anyone looking for a mansion in Las Vegas. I will definitely direct them to Tony. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH TONY FOR EVERYTHING!! WE HAD A BLAST!!!

This was a last minute booking. We paid and were in with in 30 mins. The customer service was amazing. They helped us out when we were in a bind! We came with 7 couples. Everything that was listed was accurate! The property was really clean and maintained well! The manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. There was plenty of room. Each couple had their own bathroom! The pool was great when we all wanted to cool off. This is located about 5 mins from the strip! We could go on the strip and be back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. I would HIGHLY recommend this home and booking other properties with this manager! We come to Vegas often and rent houses! This is one place we will book with again!

If you have a large group, this is the best house to rent in Las Vegas. Immaculate. Very functional. Good entertainment areas. Will definitely return.

We had a 15 year reunion and had approx 30 people including spouses and kids. The mansion was just perfect. EVERYONE LOVED IT. Very close to strip and had everything we needed - Enough Space, very clean, beautiful pool, nice pool table, big kitchens and more.. Would highly recommend it !!

The place was everything I knew it would be but since I had personally toured the property months before, I knew this upfront. I had 30 people sleep very comfortably one night. The ages ranged from 78 to 20 and fun was had by all!! The elderly loved the one level and twenties loved the garage with the various table games. The recomendations of catorer etc by Tony were all excellent. I will definitely rent again!!! You get what you pay for is the best way to describe my experience. The location was perfect, close but not on the strip. *****
