Stunning apartment; beautifully decorated with amazing artwork. So relaxing and calm! The beds are fabulous!! Everything has been thought of, with the same theme throughout, from china to bedding. Soft towels and a sauna,with clear instructions and scented oil provided. A really special place. Met the hosts outside who were really friendly and helpful. A surprise on arrival was a cream tea! Thank you Jo!

Very spacious apartment and the palm-themed decor was stunning. Fixtures and fittings very high spec. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen very well equipped. We appreciated the "cream tea" awaiting us in the fridge on arrival. It was nice to have the outdoor space for drinks in the evening sun - when there was any! Advance information provided by the host (some of it in response to our specific questions) was very helpful.

There are very steep and narrow steps down to the property, which my friend and I (ladies in our 70s) found quite tricky to negotiate especially with luggage. There is also a steep slope in the road outside the property leading up to the road into town, although the host did warn us about this. The location isn't great for people without a car. We expected to take a taxi from the train station on arrival and departure, but we ended up using taxis a lot of the time as it was quite a walk to the town/shops and to the bus station for travel to places of interest such as Heligan and Eden Project.

taxis arent very reliable, if there’s a gig at Eden sessions every taxi company is booked out! unfortunately we didn’t book a taxi (our fault) and has to walk 3 miles back late at night.

The location is perfect to explore Cornwall. Fantastic stay in an awesome accommodation,the interior looks luxury,spotless clean,comfy beds,nice garden and great sauna .We got Cornish treat on arrival.Would definitely recommend and stay again .
