This was a very roomy, clean home. It is close to so many attractions, very convenient. Having a ping pong table is a big plus for my teenagers, as well.

Beautiful property! Our group of 9 had plenty of space to spread out. Location is great - we walked to different restaurants / coffee shops everyday. Would definitely visit again!

There are some extra sounds from the city at night ( people yelling, motorcycles etc.) but overall this is a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. They were quick to get in touch with and we loved the house and amount of beds/space. We all felt safe and loved to walk to the restaurants close by!

What a great house to stay at. We had 8 adults and everyone had a great time. There was more than enough space for everyone. We all were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the house. The property manager responded very quickly to any questions that we had. The beds were also very comfortable. Next time we’re in St Louis we will check to see if this property is available.

The house was very well appointed, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our party of 13. However, the a/c on the 2nd and 3rd floors was non-existent. The fan, nor the a/c worked at all! It was 78 degrees in the 2nd floor and at least 80 on the 3rd floor. I reached out to the property manager on Thursday at 10:00pm and was told maintenance would be notified. We checked out on Saturday and maintenance never showed up. Sleeping was unbearable as was getting ready, running hair dryers etc for my son’s graduation. I received several text messages saying maintenance was noticed, but nothing was ever done. Counter in kitchen was dirty and coffee pot had left over coffee in it from prior guests. I would not stay here again in the summer months.

9 members of my family got together in this house for a family wedding. The house was incredibly comfortable and accommodating! We had such a great time hanging out in the house between wedding activities.
Every room was very spacious and the bedrooms provided a lot of privacy. Having 3 showers was a plus and greatly appreciated in the mornings when everyone wanted to shower at the same time! lol
The spacious and beautiful laundry room helped a lot to always have fresh towels available.
The location was great. We walked to the Arch and the young members went out at night. Everything is within a short Uber ride.

The host was very accommodating and let us check in earlier as soon as the house was available, which helped a lot!!! Also, very responsive and super helpful.

We stayed during a convention in March and it was great for us. The location is awesome with many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and we could drive to downtown in 5 minutes without getting on the interstate. The house had plenty of beds and towels for a big group and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of my parents, two sisters, brother in law, and all our kids stay here the week of thanksgiving. The property was amazing, exactly as advertised with all the little details done right. Easily enough kitchenware and items to host the big meal and cooking all week. The kids had places to play on every level. TVs in every room and plenty of bathrooms. The neighborhood initially concerned us a bit from the search but there were a ton of places in walking distance and we felt safe. Outside of a few loud 1 am bar patrons from down the road, everything was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful whenever a question was asked. Would book again for sure!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It's in an excellent location - walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for the large group. The property manager was extremely responsive to all of my questions. I'd highly recommend this property if you're looking for a nice place in Soulard!

Everything about our stay was just perfect, from the excellent communication with the team, the property cleanliness, as well as the safety & location helped make our trip even more memorable. The home is stunning with breathtaking views, and overall comfort made for an absolutely Beautiful experience for my large Family, we will certainly return and highly recommend working with such an awesome team, their professionalism is unmatched and definitely greatly appreciated !!!
