We stayed at the Manor for a wedding celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The wedding was held at the “Casino” in the park. We were able to walk downtown, to the park, and, if it had been racing season, we could have walked to the track. Having 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms was key for our stay. We were a group of 9 - 2 grandparents, 2 younger couples and 3 grandchildren. The living room is spacious and comfortable. It was a little funky having the kitchen upstairs and the main table downstairs. A small table for 4 is adjacent to the kitchen which helps. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a bummer as kids were looking forward to it. The owner and property manager were apologetic. They responded immediately about any concerns we had.

Perfect house for a graduation weekend with extended family. Space for everyone, very clean and great location. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Madison for a family event in town and it fit our needs of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 6. Location was great for us, plenty of space for the kids to be comfortable and play and great bedroom space for pack and play. Communication with host was excellent.

Enjoyable stay....the house was difficult to find even using gps. I was disappointed to discover the kitchen on the second floor...no mention of this fact in the listing. This made it a hardship to climb the steep stairs in order to take advantage of having a kitchen. The ages of my sisters and I range from 82 to 67 so that fact alone caused an issue. There were some minor but irritating issues...for example: toilet paper holder in downstairs bathroom was loose and fell off the wall; a kitchen cabinet panel under the sink fell on the floor of its on accord; could not get the bedroom tvs to work; wall clock downstairs needs new batteries; and a real issue was regulating the heat. I did send a message to our host so that he was aware and know that we were not responsible for any damages. In all good conscienceness I would not rent this house again.

We really loved this house, there was enough room for all of us. The family room was great with a ton of game options. We all enjoyed the dart board and hot tub. There is a mini fridge in the wall in the family room, great place to leave a bottle of wine or some beers. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets.

Great Location - Central to Both Racing and Downtown Saratoga. Would go back Again!
