Walking distance from Hakata Rail Station, and it is very close to the shopping mall of Canal City. Lots of restaurant around the hotel. Although the staff does not have perfect performance, they are still very nice and very helpful; help to make a call to the restaurant to reconfirm our booking with nicely smile all the time.

2nd time to stay here, and the service and staff efficiency is still high even typhoon caused some inconvenience.

The location is quite convenient, walking distance to Canal City and Hakata Station. The hotel is very modern and stylish. Our room was spotless clean and very well maintained. The public bath was a great addition to the experience. Though we were upgraded to a bigger room for family, we found it difficult to find enough space to open our two 27” luggages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again.

Highly recommend this hotel! Staff is friendly, hotel cleanliness is good. Location is super convenient, walkable to Hakata station within 5-10 mins. Surrounding got a few fast food chains like yayoi / Matsuya and etc. overall a very satisfied stay.

Nice budget hotel with convenient transportation and very walkable. Nice staff and facilities. Would be nice if they can post rules about etiquettes for the large bath, some people were very loud and were brushing their teeth at the shower area :(

Property 12-15 mins walk from hakata station, next to Canal City. Hotel is excellent with good breadfast and onsen. Breadfast more of european origins and very tasty. 2nd floor very spacious and relaxing. Rooms are good standard japan size. Would highly recommend if the price is right

A new hotel located hugely convenient and well connected with many places and walkable areas. Facilities are just right for travellers with different interests.

Been to other Nishitetsu properties, disappointed there’s not even any tea/coffee/water available at lobby. Bath area is not too clean. Only one pillow type and too hard.

It's a brand new and modernized hotel. Location is about 8-minute walk with luggage from Hakata station. Or it's one more station from Hakata.
Walking distance to Kushida Shrine. There is a 24-hour Supermarket 'MaxValue' nearby.
Breakfast is good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Thin walls and other guest not closing the door slowly instead of letting the door slam close on its own. Also the super slow elevator not forgetting all of the elevator by default will stop at 2nd floor even though you don't press the button for it. Which I find annoying and inconvenience to guest to be honest.

Although the hotel is not close to Hakata Station, it is only 10 minutes walk to there. The hotel is quite new and it has a public bath. I found the hotel pretty comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, very convenient to get to, one subway station away from Hakata station! Supermarket and convenience stores near by! Staff are friendly and hotel is new and well equipped!! Would stay here again!!

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a washer/dryer in the room, which made my stay even more comfortable. I also liked that they allow guests to choose when to have housekeeping and even if housekeeping was not needed that day, they made sure we had fresh towels and water by hanging these on the door. It is very convenient to get everywhere. The kushida shrine subway station is just a minute walk away and there's escalator and elevator exits available. It was also easy to walk to hakata station, takes less than 15 min. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Neat and cosy Japanese room, with palatable soothing colour theme. In front of the station where it brings us to Tenjin underground shopping on the night when it poured heavily. Worthy to mention that Full Full bakery that sells famous fish roes crispy baguette which they bake 48 rounds each time. Collect amenity kit at the reception area.

Very good location! Our comfort quad room was tight for 4 with large suitcases, but we rearranged the furniture which helped. Beds are a mattress on the floor. Public bath on first floor was excellent. Staff was was very helpful.

Great location to canal City and a quick walk to the train station.
There is no window in the room. Just a glazed one in the bathroom. So if you like natural light this will be an issue. I also thought the pillow was like a sand bag.
