Everything, beyond my expectations and more. So friendly and invited, the place was amazing and close to the centre of York. The owners are really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning 😃😃😃

Nothing. It was brilliant

Absolutely perfect - had an amazing stay. Really private and has everything you need including a parking space, very clean. Hot tub was amazing, could of stayed in the whole time (also had a pergola cover so could use no matter the weather). Easy to find and lots of outdoor space to sit and relax in the sun, also location was fantastic so close to York centre - we got an Uber to the centre for less than £10 and less than 10 min drive away but if we’d of stayed longer would of made a lovely walk in. Facilities were great, had everything you need - TV in the bed, hob, microwave, toaster, shower (with great pressure!), cutlery etc. We also got some added extras which really made it special - the host was named Mark and he made us feel massively welcomed. Also there was some lovely guests that came and visit (2 Peacocks), so we sat and watched them for entertainment. Highly recommend - made such a difference from just staying in a normal hotel in York.
