We loved the property, except for the noise level. The cars, motorcycles and people walking around outside was extremely loud. Very clean, stylish and easy to walk to restaurants thought. We wouldn’t recommend if you want a good nights sleep.

This is a fantastic condo, close to everything. Great amenities, spacious shower, great water pressure, washer/dryer & fully equipped kitchen. Having a half bath is a nice bonus! Parking is on street but not a problem, plenty of spaces. Only surprise was the steps; about 25 to go up, but good for the cardio! Communication was fantastic with the property owner also. While I was in town for business, I wish I was there for pleasure and would definitely consider coming back down and staying here for a nice weekend getaway!

The last 2 times I’ve stayed in Paducah, I’ve stayed at this place. It’s adorable ❤️❤️ I love that’s it’s close to everything, restaurants, bars, candle making, boutique shopping. The place its self is gorgeous. Tall celings, big beautiful windows that lets natural light in, and the character of the room…. It’s just a beautiful place. Anytime we have something in Paducah, I’ll make sure to check this place first! I promise, you’ll love it!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend while celebrating our anniversary. The condo is in a great location that allows for walking to many different restaurants and sites. Parking was no problem.The condo is clean, stylish and just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely look at staying here again and can recommend it to others.

What a cute spot in a quiet and peaceful little downtown. The small shops and walkability to them amongst nice dive bars with friendly patrons certainly add to the appeal. What a view from the unit. I loved just sitting on the corner lookin out. I liked it a lot. Fair warning: steep stairs to get to 2nd floor.

Wonderful apartment overlooking Broadway- spotless, well appointed. Walk to everywhere (Quilt Museum, river, shops). Wonderful restaurants in walking distance (Freight House , Cynthia’s).
Very responsive host - suggested a couple of things that would improve the experience and they were done within an hour.
There are stairs- but all the places downtown are in renovated buildings with very high ceilings, so you get the benefit of the high ceiling on the second floor but have to climb the stairs to get there. Great pictures on VRBO.

The nicer the place I stay, the more particular I am. This is a 4.6 loft in a centrally located historic area. Easy on the eye, comfortable surrounds, well lit, safe and plenty on space. I would stay there again. Thank you, Beth

Such a beautiful condo! Had a little trouble finding the door for entry to the building but figured it out. You are within walking distance of great food, drinks and shopping.

We went to Paducah to celebrate our anniversary w/
dinner at the Freight House & so glad we decided to
spend the night too. Location was great, place was
spotless & so nicely decorated! Kate was great to work with & easy to get ahold of when we got slightly lost.Just wish we would have had a little more time to explore downtown but that was our fault!. Highly recommend this property & the Freight House too!

We came for business and this is the nicest place I have ever stayed . She has great linens and bed and beautiful decor . You can walk to many restaurants . We happened in to a drag queen show at a bar on Sunday -very fun . Very cute town ! We loved it .

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! The aesthetic was so glam while feeling cozy and comfortable at the same time. The location just can’t be beat. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
