Wonderful stay, great location. As described in listing.

Positives--Location is excellent and very quiet as well. It is close to the beach, a few restaurants and a small grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The white towels are new and luxurious. There is a wonderful mini gas stove and a hood fan tucked into a small recessed niche that is a treat to cook on. The large skylight is a wonderful addition allowing filtered sunlight to flood the interior space. Negatives--Parking is difficult on the weekends with an overflow of beach goers. The toilet is squeezed into the bathroom with very little foot space for a tall person. Overall--We liked this rental a lot and will try to stay there on future trips

This property was adorable! Good quality sheets, towels, dishes, glasses. The outdoor space was intimate and beautiful with flowers and comfy chairs. Within walking distance from excellent restaurants and the beach! We walked to the beach every day. There are excellent hiking trails with ocean vista views in the preserve across the street. Would love to come back to this property in the future.

We absolutely loved the property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. Although this is only a studio, it was very well planned put. It had a kitchen with coffee, refrigerator, and sink, a nice little bathroom with shower, a couch for the child to watch TV on downtime, and a super comfy bed. The kitchen had all necessary things (bowls, silverware, cups, glasses, a set of knives a coffeemaker, etc.). The bathroom was likewise stocked with essentials, including a hair dryer and a flat iron. We loved the little garden!! It has a BBQ and a fireplace. Street parking was ample and, for the most part, we were able to park right by the gate. The check-in process was simple. There are restaurants within walking distance (less than 5 mins) and beach access within about 8-10 minute walk. We loved Aqua Mare and went there nearly every night because my daughter loved the frutti di mare pasta and had it every night. The coffee place on that same street was really good. There is also NY-style pizza next to the coffee place, but we did not try it. Trips to San Diego Zoo, Safari, and SeaWorld were all 20-30 minutes long, which was fine with us. Overall, this property allowed us to have the most pleasant experience visiting CA!!!

For us two plus our red heeler this place was perfect. Ruby loved the little garden, especially as we enjoyed our sunny lunch. The bed was fabulous, the kitchen small but functional. Shower and toilet are a tight fit, maybe challenging for those with disabilities. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and nice for walking. Beach access would have been easy but no dogs allowed. Dogs are welcome on the Del Mar beach, though some areas seasonally limited. We’d happily return!

The property description is very accurate. Comfortable and convenient to Torrey Pines Preserve. Restaurants within easy walking distance. As others noted, bathroom/shower is small but functional. This is managed by a property management company so there were confusing communications before check-in which seemed designed for renters of large fancy houses instead of for this small studio. Nice private yard for morning coffee with bird song accompaniment.

Good location

The Seashore Studio was nice. It is small, but well laid out, and the little yard increases the overall space. The kitchen has everything you need. The BBQ is a plus. We would happily stay there again.

Perfect location for me to get to work daily. The cottage was as described and very clean. Only issue due to area street construction was handled quickly by the owners.

Perfect size and location for an off campus getaway/visit with my daughter.

This was in a perfect neighborhood. Walkable to excellent restaurants and the beach. Comfortable room with a beautiful outdoor space that we used each day. We had an issue with the TV when we wanted to watch the Phillies play. We called to get assistance from Monarch and they were unable to help us.

I was nervous about street parking because I have a large vehicle, but even though there was construction in the neighborhood, I was able to park right outside the unit the entire time I was there. The space was cute and clean and had everything I needed and then some. I loved it and would definitely stay again. The backyard is a real charmer.

Overall we liked the location, decor, and especially the fenced garde. On the downside, the uncomfortable couch and polyester sheets were disappointing. The unit smelled a little musty and the bathroom was home to a lot of ants.

Worked out great for a studio space

10min walk to the beach, close restaurants and grocery, just a lovely studio with a great garden in which to relax. We had a great time there.

The property is as advertised. The bathroom is a little small. Other than that, it was wonderful. It is great for 2 people. The studio is amazingly well designed. We did not lack for anything. The best part of the setup is the amazingly beautiful patio area. Each morning we would take our coffee out to the patio and just enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place is nice, just as pictured. The garden/patio is its finest feature. If you like to cook you will be happy to know that the knives are sharp. The only negative is that the shower stall is small and the space between the toilet and shower is tight. But the shower water pressure is great. The proximity to Torrey Pines is a plus, and be sure to check out the Torrey Pines Extension, just around the corner, for a lovely hike.

Place is cute! Backyard is really nice. Shower was hard to work at first, but figured it out with help from property manager. Nice bottle of wine was there, but no way to open it. Easy walking access to the beach and a few restaurants. The TV was difficult to work, but finally figured it out.

The property is located in a terrific neighborhood within walking distance of Torrey Pines and great food. The small yard was wonderful for relaxation after days well spent within a 40 minute drive. Sight-seeing, great hikes, excursions downtown, or beach combing are easily accessible.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Walking distance to a great café, walking distance to Tory Pines Beach, walking distance to two restaurants and a short drive into town and up the coast or down to La Jolla. This is our second stay and we will definitely return.

Has a wonderful stay!

This was a great place to stay and have access to area activities. We walked to the Torrey Pines State Park everyday. We walked to dinner, local restaurants were good. Easy access to the I-5. The studio was clean, has everything you need and the patio is very cozy and enjoyable to sit and enjoy your coffee. We grilled one night and had no difficulties with the BBQ. Parking was generally not difficult but when we left on the weekend we did end up parking a little further away as many cars decided to park in the area. We moved the car closer after most of them left.

They online photographs matched reality which is always a welcome surprise. Very clean and well equipped property. Fantastic location! Within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and Torrey Pines State Park. Very quiet neighborhood.

Proximity to beach, restaurants, freeway and downtown DelMar are great. Walking distance to morning coffee cafe is perfect. The studio has everything.

This little property is exactly as shown in pictures. It is in a great location for access to Del Mar and La Jolla. It has a couple of lovely restaurants within walking distance and a fantastic coffee shop. It is a perfect hideaway for two and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for the Breeders' Cup in Del Mar.
