This is a great place to start your vacation. It’s convenient, great location, friendly staff and a lovely onsen. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone.

Worth to stay one night if you like shopping more relax at Rinku outlet.

So far so good, and close to outlet, and between Osaka & Wakayama. But no free parking, :( The dinner buffet is value for money, with good view of skyscraper.

We stayed here upon late arrival into Kansai airport, conveniently located along the JR train line and about a 10 min taxi ride from the airport. Check in was easy, done through the machines and the public bath area was a nice reward after a long day of travel. Clean rooms and common areas, highly recommend.

The hotel offers a pleasant experience and is conveniently located near Kansai Airport, RINKU PREMIUM OUTLETS, with a 24-hour large supermarket nearby. The transportation is convenient, as it is close to the railway and airport bus services. This is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities are relatively modern. The hotel lobby and lounge area are spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful in resolving my issues. I booked a Queen Room (Shower Booth), Non-Smoking. The room had enough space for my luggage, but the room I was assigned did not have a view. The room was clean and quiet at night. On the third floor, there is a large public bath and laundry facilities. There are 5 or 6 washing machines and dryers available, and you can adjust the washing time for 20 minutes at 100 yen based on your needs. The restaurant on the 21st floor has a beautiful view of the ocean and the Ferris wheel, and there is a shuttle service to the airport. Even after check-out, you can still store your luggage at the hotel. ============================================== However, there are some issues: - The laundry facilities are complicated to use; they only accept electronic payments and require a mobile phone. - The shuttle service needs to be booked in advance and is only available in the morning. If you are interested in shopping, I recommend staying at this hotel the night before you leave, and visiting the restaurant on the 21st floor to enjoy the view of the entire Rinku city. I

Great location. Right next to the metro exit. Straightforward self check-in process and self reservation for shuttle service to Kansai airport.

Excellent. Location is right outside tge train station. The onsen is an added advantage after a day of shopping.

We arrive very late to the hotel (almost 12am). The self-service checkin is easy and the hotel staff is immediately available when we have questions. Room is clean and spacious. The Onsen bath is good and very relaxing. The breakfast is on the top floor with very good view of the area, the choice of food is reasonably good and we enjoy it very much.

Room is not as spacious as other OMO chains. Public bath is awesome highly recommended

Not many options of food at the restaurant, also not many restaurants nearby opens after 8:00pm. So plan ahead if you arriving late

The Japanese bath on level 3 is a gem! It was a truly Japanese experience. Also, the surrounding premium outlet may seem like the main draw but Aeon Mall (accessible via hotel scheduled bus service) is an understated suburban gem.

Excellent location. Even though it is self service check in and out, the staff are very helpful.

Good value for money. Excellent stop for crazy shopping at Rinku town before flying back to home town. Clean room, reasonable space, nice view, speedy check in and out, quiet room. No complain. Will book again next time.

Great view and great location

Disappointed to the service There would be a package shipped to the hotel for me. I have informed by email few days before and also informed the staff at the first day night and the second day morning. Finally I got the package when I asked the staff again at the second day evening, but I found that the package was delivered on the first day. That means I could get the package when I check-in but the staff did not do it well. On the other hand, the room view is really bad. There is many pillars in front of the windows.

No extra services whatsoever, late check out charged by hours, too profit oriented. won’t be back.
