This is not a hotel, this is just a miserable flophouse. Staff is absolutely useless. The breakfast is pathetic. The room was small and uncomfortable. The bed was awful. There was no air conditioner, so the room was very hot, we had to open window, but we cannot sleep because of cars noises. All furniture and towels are old and battered.

The property was near the shops and restaurants in Calafate which made it easily walkable or a quick taxi ride. it was also easy for our bus for our excursion to pick us up. the location is about 15 minutes from the airport.

The staff was not the friendliest. As soon as we checked in, we had asked about breakfast times and the man stated we could not have breakfast that morning. We had to remind him we had paid for the night before so that we would not have to wait til check in time. My parents went to have breakfast and the lady told them they could not have breakfast. Once again, they had to remind her that we had paid for the night before. The room itself seemed very outdated.

We really enjoyed this hotel. A very comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good.
