La chambre était relativement spacieuse. La localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite! À 5 min de marche de la station de Shibuya, des restaurants et buvettes typiques sont directement sur la ruelle de l'hôtel. Malgré que nous avions réservé une chambre fumeur alors que nous sommes non fumeur, l'odeur de cigarette était peu présente et s'est complètement estompée après 24 heures.

Aucun point négatif significatif digne de mention.

Location. Hotel and staff accommodate our needs to freeze Mom’s puréed food and was able to use microwave.

システムがよく分かってなくて、喫煙室とは知らずに予約をしてしまいましたが、チェックイン後、喫煙室と気付いて、禁煙室に変更をお願いしたら、丁寧に対応をしていただいた。ありがたかったです。

トイレの床の清掃かな。臭いが残って、アンモニア臭なのか、少し嫌でした。

Vers nice and professional people. English speakers. Good location at Shibuya. Housekeeping done everyday. Free cofee machine available. For example, when we arrive with a lot of luggages, one of the hotel agent came with us to our room for help.

Some tables are available in the hall, near the coffee machine, however, a lot af empty boxes were not stored properly (very minor issue).

Room very big, clean, in room bathtub and shower. Food and mart surrounding.

Lack coin washing and drying machine.

Friendly and helpful staff. Entrance is pretty. Relatively close to Shibuya station.

The level and the room had lots of wear and tear e.g smudges and marks all over the wall and floor. Room needed a deep clean. There were hairs up the walls in the bathroom when we arrived. Reminded me of a backpackers.
