Very good location, villa with kitchen and mini market beside hotel, staff helping us and frindly

Well located nearby a fantastic snorkelling coral spot, walking distance to a black sand beach. Very friendly & helpful staff. Great enjoyable time with the family into the pool. 8 min walk for sunset view and an impressive restaurant “Sails” with European standard service food quality level. Overall good value for money. Will come back.

The location was very good , 2 minute walk to nice black sand beach . Clear water and coral just off the beach . The owners and staff are very nice and Friendly . fantastic beachfront restaurant 5min walk at the Vienna Beach Resort

only down side it’s about 4km from the main Amed Beach area if you want to see live music etc

The room is so big! There are hot water and town. Resturant near hotel very nice. And the minimart close to the hotel is great too!

Wifi cannot connect when hotel have a lot of gues

The owner is incredibly nice and helpful ! I did his best to greet us the best and we had food cooked by his wife ! Real Balinese experience 😍

The small pool

The toilet bowl & seat were black so they gave us another room. This hotel has fallen into disrepair during covid and has not been maintained or fixed for new arrivals. Parts of the ceiling held together with tape; shower head full of lime; no bulb in the bedside lights; the staff removed a long piece of rubber fixed to the kitchen tap so we could use the tap to do the dishes; had to fix the closet, the fridge was not clean (shelves standing up inside and water lying inside); kitchen not clean; bed bugs; ceiling lights extremely weak. The staff kept saying the bad state was because if covid

Place is perfect if you want somewhere cheap to stay in Amed. It’s located about 10 minutes out of the centre. We organised scooter hire through the staff. Staff were nice an always happy to help. Beds were pretty comfy.

When we first arrived there was no hot water but the staff did what they could to fix it. I think we were the first people staying in the room after covid but there was quite a bad smell coming out of the bathroom from the moment we got there and there was lots of ants. The smell eventually went away or we got used to it I’m not sure. Definitely not the cleanest place I’ve stayed in.

The staff accomodate our need & very helpful. The room also has kitchen.

The air conditioner is not work properly, it is really uncomfortable. They should check the facility beforehand.

No TV in the Villa, no outlet in the other room, sink is liking, no security at the villa.

You normally get what you pay for. When it comes to Double Up II, you get much more. The property is a little worn down, but it is made up for by an absolutely wonderful staff. Gede and the other members of the staff did all in their power to make you feel at home. Lipah is a wonderful area, and everything (beach, restaurants, supermarket) are just around the corner.
