The food quality is very cheap! They could easily make it better with some quality contral and better quality food purchases. At the entrance street of the hotel you are welcomed by the hotel garbage smell! Come on guys find a better place for the hotel waste! The fridge in the room was not working The AC stop working at the 3rd day of our stay and had to repair it ourself it was late and no tech team available, they offered to change the room but we were able to check online and repair the AC error.

The pools are clean and well maintained. Staff in the bar is friendly. I think the helicopter pilot, who was hoovering close to the hotel seashore for 30+ minutes at an early morning around 6.30am to fill the bambi-bucket for fire-fighting, is leaving nearby in the neighborhood and could not sleep because of the loud late-evening music, and just gave it back on his own mood. Kudos from here to him for the free of charge airshow for children! ❤️

The hotel tried to cheat with the room and reading the evaluations, we were not the ones who experienced this. The reservation did not have anything to do with the room received. I reserved a room with three beds. Normal ones. I paid for it in advance. They put us into a room with two beds and a baby bed, trying to force that a child can sleep in this baby bed in their view. I had to argue: No. When I categorically refused at 2am, an additional foldable bed was inserted but the room was completely full with beds, we were not able to walk. I received the promise to have a third normal bed. The foldable bed was a broken one, and collapsing overnight. Next day i asked for replacement also trying to explain this is not what we reserved and paid. Again, a broken foldable one was provided. They did not understand my problem. Then I had again a conversation, still I was not understood completely but I insisted and the room was finally replaced 3 days after our arrival as I stick to this. This behaviour is definitely a no-go for me, especially when i have to pay in advance! I don't care who/when/how/why, i want to receive what I order and pay for and that is it!!! This bargaining is for Marrakesh market or for a student hostel, not for a hotel declaring 4 stars! The staff barely speak english. Many items in the room are broken but i can still live with this fact. Afterwards, my wife got vomiting-diarrhea and was in the room for two days, at the end our son had also fever. What we noticed is that climate did not work in the dining room and the storage condition for the food at 40-42 degree when served, is definitely not good. The dining room was full of flies. Please make more attention on these. The general hygienical condition did not meet our expectation: room were not cleaned properly (hairs on the floor and in the bed from previous customer); sewer stench that they try to compensate with naphthalene balls thrown into the wash basin.

Staff was very helpful and generally quite nice. The main pool is relatively big and it's on the beach. Kids loved the slides. Food in general was ok with some choices of both fresh fruit and vegetables as well as all other groups represented on each meal.

Overall not very clean or well maintained. On the surface things look ok from close up there's a lot to be remarked.. The music throughout the day was overwhelming and too loud almost making it impossible to have a conversation. The entertainment crews efforts were lackluster with the only one trying being the caretaker for the kids. The lead of the crews jokes we're close to insulting the guests. Fun at the expense of others seems to be the way to go. The breakfast could be better, especially coffee and tea were really poor. But most of all NO ICE CREAM!

Most of the things are not working. There was no aircon in the waiting area/reception and in the dining hall and it was more than 40 C. It was very uncomfortable. The lift was not working. The toilet seat is broken. The room was very dirty. It was not cleaned prior to arrival with toothbrush stains in the sink. The food was not great at all! My child and husband had food poisoning. They are the only two who ate the rice among the family. Please make sure that the food are kept at right temperature especially in this heat where the food can go off very quickly!

The hotel is much smaller than what I expected given the photos, however it was comfortable and offering a variety of choices for the whole family. It is is just perfect for families with kids as it makes sure everyone has fun throughout the day. The food was served on time and was absolutely delicious and varied. Drinks are included and you can choose from a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10AM till 11:30PM. Meals timings are: breakfast 7-10, lunch 12:30-2, dinner 7-9pm (in between there are snacks such as pretzels and chocolate cookies. Coffee is also available all day. There are 3 pools and they look clean(a big one, and two smaller ones with slides for kids and adults). The beach is beautiful and it is in front of the hotels so you can choose to stay there during the day as there are sun-beds and umbrellas free of charge of course. I believe we are coming back to La Perla next summer!

Everything were perfect and very nice beach to spend time. Swimming pools, water slide, and the sea were extremely fun especially for my kids.

The reception staff, manager, and some of the bar staff members were very friendly and professional.

1. Regrettably, there were instances where certain members, particularly the restaurant supervisors, displayed discriminatory behavior due to my foreign background and limited proficiency in the Turkish language. 2. During my stay at the hotel from July 8th to July 11th, there was an ongoing issue with the toilet water not closing properly. Despite informing the reception on multiple occasions, exceeding a total of five reports, they failed to promptly dispatch a technician to address the problem.

•The staff was super friendly and although most stuggled with English they tried to help as best possible. •The entertainment manager and his two assistants deserve a special mention for going out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and included, with great pool-games and evening shows. •Food was tasty and of good quality and variety and there was always enough. •All areas are kept very clean and tidy. A small kiosk where one could buy sweets or ice-cream would be a great addition.

•The rooms are in desperate need of upgrade. Everything is clean, but everything is not working. The toilet roll holder and the towel rail was laying on the floor. The shower head was broken, spraying water all over the small bathroom. Some general maintenance and repairs inside the rooms are really needed •The lift is very pedantic and only work when it felt like it, making one very nervous to use it. •We were not happy with the Spa Centre. We paid extra for a hot stone treatment and still got only a very average massage. It felt a bit unprofessional and untrained. Not a great experience.
