Reviewer Comments: We arrived on June 10 th anticipating a very nice stay with each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. We looked forward to time on the balcony looking out over the Gulf of Mexico! What we got starting that Wednesday was scaffolding and workers on the balcony!!! And oh a person entering our rented condo totally unannounced!!! Said he was there to wash the windows because the condo wasn’t rented!! Our check out was June 14th!!! Upon calling the office all we got was they would look into it and not to worry about our Security!!!If we knew there was scheduled maintenance to the balcony we would have not rented this location!!!! I feel there shouldn’t been some communication to us!!! It seems that the renter’s experience took a back seat to finance!!!

Clean and comfortable. Grounds are well kept. Great location to many fun family activities with the beach across the street. The building and balcony railings were being painted so we were unable to use the beautiful corner balcony. Management company were responsive. We checking in a night early and got a late check out, however it was pricey. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a great set up.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with the overall upkeep of the unit. Couches were very stained and just didn't look clean. The humidity was very high in the unit so much that when we would pull clothes from our closet they were damp and wet feeling. I was also surprised that only 1 bedroom had a TV. Everywhere we travel always has a TV in each bedroom. Our arrival packet was also not at the guard shack upon arrival making our arrival a little chaotic. We loved the view from the unit and enjoyed the morning sunrises.
