Clean, newly renovated, within walking distance to downtown.

The check in process was a easy and efficient. The property was really clean and modern, which made our down time in the area feel luxurious. After a day out in the sand and sun, this apartment had all the amenities that you could ask for. Plus, it’s a short 10-15 mins walk (depending on how sore you are after the day!) to the downtown area full of restaurants and stores. Close enough to where you can walk, far enough to where you don’t get all the noice. Highly recommend!

Property is beautiful and apartment is fully furnished with everything you may need. Everything was clean and spotless and the Purple brand mattresses were very nice to sleep on. Not to hard or soft. Close as you can get to downtown and the Arches park. Full sized refrigerator was great for storing drinks, leftovers and ice for the cooler. The smart tvs were great for access to streaming services and wifi was easy and fast. I really don't think I could ask for anything else as far as a two bedroom rental is concerned. If I had to nit pick I would say that the dumpster needs to be emptied a little more regularly since it was full. Other than that I cannot recommend this stay enough.

Was only there for a night but the place was very clean with everything you might need. Check in and check out instructions were clear too and the host was easy to reach and communicate with! Very close to Arches National Park as well. Would stay here if I ever come to Moab again :)

Was our base camp in Moab visiting several national parks. Spent most of our time out but was so nice to come back to a quiet, clean, and secure apartment, minutes from downtown shopping and eating.

This 2nd floor condo was very inviting from beginning to end. Our family of 4 was exceptionally comfortable with sleeping arrangements. The balcony had comfortable chairs to relax once the sun went down. The off street parking was convenient. We did not even have the opportunity to utilize the grill area or hot tub, but both looked very clean and ready for guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Best location, close to downtown, 10 mins from Arches Park, neat and clean apartment, nice patio to sit out in the evening. Bedding can be bit better, but overall great place to spend 3 nights in Moab with family. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here when they are in Moab
