The swimming pool was lovely. The villas need upgreat, but it's ok for the money. The staff was very helpful.

Staff were lovely.

We knew this was a cheap hotel when we booked and we expected a fairly basic place which is fine by us. This however was barely habitable. Room had a bed, bedside table, small wardrobe, tiny broken fridge and nothing else....No glasses, coffee cups, coffee, kettle. Curtains and walls were totally mouldy. Towels old and threadbare. Bathroom mouldy, no hot water, no toilet paper after first half roll used. Safe was broken - there are no working safes or safety boxes. Sunbeds are badly broken, mouldy and torn. There is no access to ANY food or drinks at all - after a small but nice breakfast. You'll have to travel quite a distance to get any food and and you'll need a motorbike (or a very long very steep walk). The photos of the place are clearly years old as eg the sun-huts shown are totally gone and it is just an empty badly overgrown area. Very disappointing. They should update the photos and be honest about what they are offering.

it was clean, nice and spacious bungalows with outside bathrooms right by the beach. the staff were very helpful and friendly. we could sleep while hearing the sound of the waves.

The pool, that was the only thing I like it there.

The room was very dusty, spider webs around bathroom and wardrobe. There's stain of toothpaste around the basin. Pillows are stained and I found strains of hair so I'm not sure if they even change the bedding before the next guests. Only one option for breakfast which is egg and toast (coffee/tea).

Very beautiful. The pool is basically on the ocean, the view is amazing and you just feel good the moment you enter the place. The rooms are big, beds are quite comfortable, the open shower is nice as well. Would go back for sure.

Too pricy. I think the owner forgot to reduce the price and forgot to close the property. I don't like the owner, when we arrive he forgot today me and my friend will check in. I pay for beach front but its not available, change to another balcony room, no worries. lately we know the beach from is occupied by family owner. The owner must be thank you to the staff we give you 8.0 value.

Nothing that I don’t like

I’m a strong believer that staff make or break the accommodation experience and the wonderful people at Wawa Wewe II made my stay there unforgettable. It had nothing to do with money or reputation. That’s just the way they are, especially Wayan Juno who seemed to sing when he spoke. The massage ladies are exceptional as well and it did make me concerned as how reserved and relenting the other Western guests were when they gently offered their services. Not since the Greek islands did everything feel so ‘blue’, uplifting and inspiring. Maybe it’s the way the resort is elevated from the sea and the lemon trees peppered about. Loved my stay ❤️

The only criticisms I’ll add, and this is for the owner, is to provide a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in all of the rooms AND a complimentary supply of filtered water somewhere people can refill easily, maybe in the restaurant. A couple more tables for solo travellers in the restaurant wouldn’t go astray either :-)
