IT’s location to the mall and St Luke’s medical center

Had problems with lighting and bug sapper in the closet No drying rack for dishes couldn’t use the coffee maker can’t use nespresso tins had to buy instant coffee for whole stay also felt like a game of tag trying to contact the staff

Room could have been cleaner.

Stayed 2 nights. Family with teenagers. Great location, restaurants everywhere offering various cuisines. Condotel very clean, no bugs, no flies or mosquitoes. Bedrooms and living room all air-conditioned and properly working, electric fan is provided in the living room. Spacious shower with hot water and excellent water pressure. Checking-in was simple, no fuss, if you have the required documents. Initial contact with staff not good but when I messaged and called Jenny she replied promptly. Extra mattress and bedding provided. Kitchen clean and basic kitchen utensils clean. Washing machine and dryer are provided but did not use. Clothes rail provided which was handy for wet towels to hang after shower. Towels/shampoo provided. As the unit is very clean, there is no funny smell aside from the disinfectant used for the toilet. Wifi excellent, no hanging.

Provide complimentary bottled/mineral water, as often like us who travelled from abroad and arriving late, water is often missed. No update given on 2 matters given to contact person.

Close to a mall.

Old rags on the floor, maybe better sheets for the bed. Loud noise from the other room- carpentry sound at 9 am - still sleeping at that time.
