Ubicación, servicio recibido, instalación agradable

Solo había un ventilador pero las camas estaban separadas, era imposible que ambas camas fueran cubiertas por un solo ventilador y estaba haciendo mucho calor. Sería bueno tener un ventilador por cama, o un ventilador aéreo que cubra todo el cuarto :)

Location is good and the staff were very kind to me other than the sassy water comment.. The fridge worked 👍

This was suppose to be my little luxery stay for the trip, having a nice room to myself with a kitchen area and bathroom and breakfast. I assumed for the price, quality would be offered. I was unable to find the location, I shouldve asked first in retrospect but you do not continue straight from aroma cafe as it says to, you have to turn into the bus station to find the driveway. The rooms are beside the bus station. A young man came to find me and did reply right away so that was great, he was very kind and helpful but I dont know why they dont put the actual address..Maybe its because they are right beside the bus station and the buses coming in sound like airplanes.. When I got to my room i tried to use the wifi, the password they provide is wrong so staff had to help with that. It is so in character that the wifi is very slow. I attempted to make food, its such a shame, you pay to have the kitchen set up but the kitchen utilities are no longer hygenic, they are very few, old, scratched and dirty and there is tiny ants everywhere, they even have trails around and in your bed, which shows they dont clean properly. Spider webs and dust is being collected with each visit. Chairs are too tall for the table. The only pot in the kitchen was still oily with a grimmy bottom. Bed sheets and towels are of same standard. I got the cement pad bedroom with wood, pretty self explanitory, I could flatten the mattress to the wood with one hand. My tailbone hurt every morning. I went to shower, and found there was no hot water, no luke warm, just cold. This is a big deal to a lot of people and they know this, they simply dont care if youre uncomfortable with it, they know youve already paid, a staff member wrote me "We do not work with hot water. You can see the information of the room, goodnight!" Firstly, I don't see information of the room anywhere but on the site i booked from, which does not mention no hot water.

The breakfast was delicious and everyone was very kind. The cat is very sweet.

The WiFi was very weak

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly and allowed a very late check in. The free breakfast is delicious, usually eggs, bread and fresh fruit. The location is perfect and within walking distance.

Sheets were slightly unclean upon arrival and en suite door didn't close properly; but for the price it's excellent value.
