Location is okay but I don't like the parking and going to the 32nd floor to get the key. checking in was okay, there was someone waiting to hand in the key and checking out was okay, going to 32nd floor to drop the key access card in the mailbox. The owner or in charge is good. Quick to reply at times only. The wifi and netflix ready is a plus. Thank you
The parking should be free instead of paying extra to stay. I didn't like the way the room price was rm99 then extra charges stated later in the page (at the bottom) . It gives me false hope of getting a good bargain then getting charged for cleaning, etc. mentioned at the bottom. I would prefer all the charges are shown straight away in the first page and choice. NO WASHING MACHINE but good that the wifi is good with iron and mini ironing table provided.

mudah tu tak mudah juga mencari kunci penginapan, selalunya dapat kunci di kuanter saja tetapi ni sungguh mencabar seperti cerita mencari harta karun yang tersembunyi....cari towel 1 naik tingkat 32 dapat kunci turun tingkat 27...hahaha...tapi pengalaman yang menyeronokan dan happy....

I liked the facilities, everything was so clean and it is comfortable too. The airbnb is located near the city area, it is easy to access to many places. There is also some aesthetic cafe at the downstairs of the airbnb, love it!

The cleanliness of the toilet and bathrooms need to improve.

The beds are terrible!! So hard you can’t sleep. Also the most unkind host of whole Borneo.. the first and only unkind person we’ve met in 3 weeks travelling.
