4SeaZens was wonderful! Gorgeous oceanfront location on a quiet, peaceful beach. The house is modern, clean, and very welcoming. Gina, my host, was very hospitable. And there was consistent WI-FI and good water pressure. I can’t wait to return! Plus, the deck is expansive and very comfortable. Awesome getaway!

This was just what we wanted for our end of summer vacation. The house layout is nice and open. Loved the little trail to the beach. The folding wagon worked great for toting beach gear back and forth. The kids had a blast on the body boards! Thank you for all the little extras. We have already recommended this one to our friends and family.

Overall, it was a lovely little house. The kitchen was well equipped and the charging stations were a nice touch. We enjoyed visiting with family. It was a very short visit but we hope to return soon.

The Sea Isle home felt right at home. Our family enjoyed the easy beach access and easy access to all the family adventures Galveston offers. We recommend the Sea Isle to everyone. We hope to stay at the Sea Isle again in the near future. Thank you for making the trip memorable!

Property was clean, comfortable, well supplied and right on the beach. We have stayed at many other houses in Galveston and Surfside but this is one is by far the very best we have stayed at. Look forward to returning. The welcome gift was a very thoughtful and a suprise.

This is a great place to stay!! It was clean, easy to check-in and lots of chairs etc to use on the beach. It had everything we needed for our family of 7! We would definitely stay there again!! We loved our little gift from the owners too!!

We've been renting beach houses for more than 15 years, and we've never stayed anywhere with so many thoughtful touches for guests: key hooks and a shoe rack just inside the front door, labels on the light switches, multiple phone charging stations, signs with the wifi password, and more. Even some welcoming items, including a spare toothbrush that I needed! The house itself is lovely, well equipped, scrupulously clean, and steps from the (car-free) beach.

The property was perfect for our vacation. A short walk to the beach. Ocean view from the deck. The house was immaculate. Hope to book again in the future.

The location and amenities were great!

We enjoyed every moment here. The host was gracious and so welcoming. The beach house was everything we hoped it would be and the saltwater therapy was healing to our souls! We look forward to returning!!

Location: Situated toward the end of the island away from the busy city and pleasure pier. Only 5-10 min from Jamaica Beach. Several delis and bodegas nearby. It sits on land that is ~ 1.5 row – the property to the left is slightly closer to the ocean and partially obstructs the view (and some of the breeze from the ocean) in that direction. However, you are able to look ahead and to the right directly at the gulf and beach. It’s about 15 yards over a small dune to the beach and 30-40 yards to the water. The property: The house is lovely, well maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of thought was put into the little touches. Outside: There is 1 parking spot in the driveway, but room for at least 1 more car in the drive. Under the deck is a nice cool area with limited views of the beach. It included several comfortable places to sit and a bar and picnic table where you can eat. Amenities include a grill, sink, hose and screened outdoor shower to wash off the sand, plastic chairs you could carry out to the beach. The well-maintained deck has stairs up to the front door. On the deck there is a 4-person table for eating al fresco (perfect for my morning coffee) and 2 lounge chairs. There is also a hose at the end of the deck. Inside: The rental has a lovely contemporary feel with its furniture and decorations. All of the chairs and sofa were very comfortable. LaDawn and Ian left us a lovely welcome gift which included paper products, garbage bags, and soaps. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body soap/hand soap. There were plenty of pristine white towels and wash cloths for our family of 3. We purchased 3 beach towels and a shower curtain to sit on for hanging out at the beach. The beds were firm and comfortable, bedding was light and extra blankets were available. The 2 larger bedrooms have TVs and the one without ensuite bath had a computer monitor and cord to aid in working with a laptop. All of the rooms had charging stations for electronics (both Apple and Android) – we moved one out to the kitchen. All of the rooms had laundry hampers and hangars There was a vaccum and a cover for the couch to keep it looking nice. There was a row of hooks in the kitchen which were very helpful for hanging jackets/bags/hats and another for keys by the door. The living room had a hamper filled with DVDs, a DVD play and a smart TV so that we were able to watch shows and movies from our subscriptions.

We really enjoyed this home. The weather was cold, windy and rainy and we still had a great time. We look forward to staying in this cute beach home again soon.

The house is beautiful and so well stocked. Loved how pet friendly it is. The view from the deck is amazing and everything about this house is so well thought out. We will be back again!

This was one of the nicest vacation homes my husband and I have stayed in to date. It was well decorated, very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect. It was away from the busier part of the island, so the beach was near empty. Our 2 dogs loved it! Thank you for one of our best vacations (and for the welcome gift as well)!

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this lovely beach home. Incredibly clean and comfortable. So nice to walk out and be right on the beach with all the kids! Home is well maintained and well supplied and so cute. Pictures are ver accurate. I Would recommend this house to anyone!!!

Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach which made it easy with a baby. Perfect set up for an easy beach vacation.

Renting the property was quick and easy.

Lovely house with a quick walk over the dune to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Nice bathrooms with updated shower fixtures. Initially, had some issues with the a/c, but LaDawn and Ian tried to get it repaired quickly and even brought over a portable a/c and fan while waiting for the a/c company to come out and install a new unit outside. Good communication, easy check-in and check-out, nice binder with lots of information, welcome bag with goodies and some supplies. Aside from the initial a/c issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Still, giving 5 stars because with the current drought and heat wave, a/c issues are unavoidable. Was pleased that they tried so hard to get it back up and running quickly and compensated us for the problem.

Renting from LaDawn was a very good decision. House was right on the beach and beautifully decorated. Family loved it.

Amazing property! Just as described

Right on the beach. Clean and nice finishes. House has all the extras you need for a comfortable stay. Very pet friendly. It felt like an upgrade from a previous rental we stayed in last year in this same area. The hot water on the outdoor shower was a nice surprise.
