The house and property were veer clean and stocked well. We will use it again.

We came to tour the Kennedy Space Center and also visited with a friend from grade school. Celebrated hubby’s birthday at Jazzy’s. Wonderful home with great amenities for our short trip!

We will able to use this fabulous house as our home base as we traveled throughout the area seeing the various sights and enjoying some wonderful meals in local restaurants.

We had an incredible stay at Cocoa Beach. This property was very clean and pictures and description were spot on. The host was very informative and everything was fantastic. Great neighborhood and beach.

The house was awesome, possibly better than the description. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Cooked and ate dinner on the patio every night.

Nice unit overall, especially the bathrooms and outdoor kitchen area. Cleaning not up to snuff - there was food left under the couch that encouraged ants to visit. Also when I walked around in bare feet my (and my grandsons) feet were black on the bottoms. No paper towels in the property. Toilet paper very poor quality.

The house is roomy and was very clean. The backyard was perfect for grilling, everything you need is there. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach... all beach items are available at the house. We would definitely stay here again. It was lovely.

Our family had a great long weekend at this property. The owners definitely took the time to think about the small things that really make a stay more enjoyable. The home is located about a block and a half from public beach access right on the same street (which is great because we did not see any free beach parking around town). There are 4 beach cruisers in the garage, along with a wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and a boogie board. It was so nice not having to pack all of that gear. Having an ice machine on the back porch also made packing our cooler for the day a breeze. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Even though we didn't bring our dogs on this trip, they had some dog supplies (water bowl and doggie bags) available and a really big nice back yard. You also really couldn't tell that the house was dog friendly either (no evidence/smells, etc. that animals are permitted). If we decide to come to the area again, this would definitely be our place to stay, thanks!!

Our family spent the week at this home and absolutely loved it. The house was equipped with everything you need and more from washer and dryer to a wagon and all the beach toys you could need. The walk to cocoa beach is only two blocks. I loved the beach feel and how clean and well maintained the home was. The only thing missing was a full sized mirror for my teen girls so we bought one and left it at the home. I would definitely return to this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. You can tell they take pride in keeping a nice place for people stay and enjoy. The beach is just a short walk away, or enjoy the bikes to get there quickly. Other properties have great pictures that don't live up to them, but this one is as advertised!!

So much fun. The house is so well kept and has everything you need for a beach trip. A ton of room for everybody and was so close to the beach. So easy to walk or bike to the pier, Ron Jon’s, or all the restaurants around it. Definitely going back!
