room was clean with good quality bed linen. owner was friendly and good breakfast

a parking spot was not as easy to find as we were led to believe on the website. Luckily we managed to find a space on the road as someone left. if staying for more than one night we would have liked to have had a more central location

The choice of full English breakfast with vegetarian option, or smoked salmon & scrambled egg/cereal/fruits/yoghurt etc was very good, served on time and with friendly service.

We liked everything, starting from the area to the service. Very clean, very nice hosts, always attentive to your needs, also tasty breakfast:) Over all it was excellent and it is an excellent accomodation, cosy and relaxing. We recommend Avron House

I liked the friendliness of all staff.

I would of preferred a small fridge in each room so I could put my milk or even medication in. As I found out on last day, there was a small fridge in the dining room for such ... Also the location was nearer to Babbacombe Bands, rather than Torquay seafront you can walk to Babbacombe in 10 to 15 mins( slightly up hill.) Torquay seafront was down hill in two stages .

Lovley place .People are amazing.We had the room at the front with balcony,fabulous size.Breakfast was first class.Would definitely stay again.Great toiletries.

Lovely ensuite bathroom & comfortable bed, a little disappointed we had to ask for chairs to sit on balcony. We booked room with balcony & expected chairs & maybe small table, similar to garden furniture below. on request we were given 2 dining room chairs. Let us put drinks in fridge & icepacks in freezer for journey home.

As above furniture on balcony & maybe small fridge in room, especially to keep drinks cold in hot weather. Some of the ingredients @ breakfast could have been improved.

It is a fair walk to the town centre but that’s reflected in the price. Breakfast was lovely and so we’re the owners.

Room size was not as advertised. Small bed, room although advertised as large double, small shower and poor location of toilet made it difficult to use.
