It is very nature-friendly, and the park and valley right in front are fantastic. The accommodation is a bit old, so there were some inconveniences, but the bed was great, and I slept well. The service at the desk was kind, and I appreciate that they helped me check in a bit earlier.

Great location next to the Deschutes River. Easy access to the river trail for a 10 minute walk downtown. We love staying here.

The bed is awful. You will not sleep. The bed needs to be replaced. The pillows also need to go- lumpy. After no sleep the first night, I asked the front desk to be moved to a different unit, they were full, so not an option. They did give me a queen size mattress topper to put on the king size bed. Really didn’t do much.

The condo is well equipped and parking was great. I enjoyed the double balcony. What can improve is the bed mattress it’s very hard made my back hurt.

The location was great. It was nice having the park and river right out the door. The place could have used at least one more piece of comfortable furniture. It was a bit noisy when there were folks upstairs but it was ok as we know the building is older. My main concern is that the place was not real clean and definitely not deep cleaned. The indoor trash pail had a lot of sticky stuff on the bottom and both bathroom drains were clogged and drained slow. One of the bathroom’s shower handle would not stay in position to keep getting warm water. I also didn’t get my room check in info in my e mail but fortunately the manager was there at the time of my arrival. Despite the short comings I would stay there again as the location works well for me.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get to, had a beautiful view right next to the river. The rooms were really nice, and the kitchen was so well equipped. It was nice to have two bathrooms, and air conditioning. we would definitely stay here again

It's a beautiful area and the room was great! We had a suite with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. There were two full bathrooms which was extra convenient. The beds were comfortable, the room was cozy and we'll definitely be heading back in the winter! I left some items in the room and the staff was very friendly and helpful about finding them and mailing them to me.

The room was nice enough. Plenty of space for two. We had 2 separate bathrooms so that was great and two sliders with balconies. The range although small was great for cooking and the microwave and fridge were bot great. The coffee and coffee maker were subpar - ended up going out to get coffee each morning.
The room had a musty/old odor to it that we brought back with us in some of our items. The wi-fi was horrific - the signal was very unstable and slow. There was no cable so streaming through their limited app menu or DVD were the two options. We couldn't even cast to the TV using our mobile devices. Also there are only stairs so if you have issues with that be aware.
There's a coin-op laundry room which was greatly appreciated. The machines were ample and efficient. We only had one interaction with the staff and they were helpful.

This was perfect for my husband and I in town visiting family. Great location. Two bathrooms made it more convenient than staying in a hotel room.

It was a clean, basic room. Missed the convenience of a fridge and a bathtub, but will know to ask about upgrade options dor next time.

Disappointed that there was no mini-refrigerator or hairdryer. The carpet on the stairs was repaired with duct tape in many areas....just look run down.
On the up side the pool & hot tub was nice.

Really enjoyed the view of the river and walking trails right off the parking lot. The bed was THE WORSE! It was a Murphy bed, hard as a rock and no headboard. The hot tub jets weren’t working and the pool area just needed some basic TLC. Could be a very cool place to stay, just needs some updating

We had adjoining rooms with our friends who are staying with them for several months.
our room was clean and our service staff very helpful.
one downside is was no elevator, which might not be an issue if you request a ground floor room.

You get what you pay for. I wanted a decent room with TV, internet, a swimming pool and not much more. I got a great room with everything I asked for. Didn't need breakfast, 24hour concierge, 24hour workstation, bar, restaurant, etc. I got what I needed at a great price

Dawn at the front desk was awesome. She worked with us to accommodate our requests and check in was a breeze. The rooms have been painted and updated with new counter tops and bedding, but the beds are still super hard. The worst part was the shower. If you could manage to get the shower knob to turn and find the elusive hot water part, you definitely didn’t have hot water for very long. We took a couple cold showers because of that. Overall you can’t beat the price and the location, but they definitely need to do some more remodeling.

Not dirty, but not of recent vintage. Not the good part of town but not terribly expensive. Zero service, zero amenities, but if every other hotel is booked, this one is fine.

For a hundred dollars a night I didn’t expect to Stay in such a dirty place, the shower was covered in sand and not wiped down and all, the sheets and the towels had literal holes in them. I left there with the need to shower from being in there. The walls are also super thin and you can hear every conversation going on without even having to put a cup to the wall. I do not recommend spending 100 dollars (for a Wednesday night) to stay in this dirty place.

Dirty, hair in bathroom, and super uncomfortable bed. The room was an adjoining room and walls are so thin I could every single word people next door said. I called to complain but no one was in office in the evening. Never will stay here again.

No one was in the office to check in. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to come. The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The towels hanging in the bathroom were dirty. There was a bunch of hair in the tub. It was the dirtiest motel room I’ve ever seen.

Great location. Comfy bed. New paint but depressing grey. No housekeeping as far as we could tell. In three days we got no towels and nearly ran out of bathroom tissue. Paper thin walls. We could hear both sides of a phone call in the next room over.

The balcony view is gorgeous, but the building/room needs some updates. The sofa bed was broken and couldn’t really be used. We also had an adjoining room, but we were not using that feature as we were not with a group. The door did not fit/close tightly, so it let in light and noise from the people staying in the next room. They had a baby that cried a lot and kept us up late and woke us up early.

The vents have not been dusted in quite some time. There was a rather thick layer of dust on the vents. Otherwise cute place to stay.

Location good. Reception friendly. Make service bad. The room was not serviced so I called reception and we got new toiletries, trashed not emptied and no made up bed. Outside building needs a repaint. It’s old and worn in and out.

The cleanliness would have been ok had there not been a used soap bar in the tub. I loved the area being next to the river, gorgeous! I wish I could have stayed longer just for that. The too

The room was a suite with two good sized rooms/bathrooms and a full kitchen which was great for my wife and three kids. The beds and pillows weren’t that comfortable and the maid service didn’t really clean the room. They just removed and replaced the towels. Overall, the location right next to the river, the size of the room for our family and the close proximity to downtown made the stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were also nice...

The Bend Riverside Motel has a great location within walking distance of downtown and right on the river. Very relaxing. The room had a kitchen that was nicely stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The gas fireplace was a nice touch on cold nights. The exterior upkeep needs a little attention as hallways were dirty and paint was peeling.
