Had a lovely mother & daughter break at this lovely beach house. A great base for our holiday. My only criticism- nothing to do with the accommodation- but the pub food wasn’t that great. We had to go further afield.

Just Beachy was great choice for our short break, just as description and pictures had said. All enquiries were responded to quickly by the owners. Welcome hamper had some really nice treats in.

Lovely property, very clean, comfortable with little extra touches that made for a great bank holiday weekend. On site we used the pool and our boys loved it. The beach is just a short stroll away and a pleasant walk to Filey along the beach for fish & chips. Would definitely recommend and return.

We spent a long weekend in this lovely beach house with its modern decor and many facilities. It was well placed in the holiday village near to the pub and shop and path to the beach. The path itself was steep in parts but manageable. There is a lovely walk along the beach to Filey. A wondered stay.

Lovely property, spotlessly clean, everything explained and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We have visited the Bay many times over the years and this one of the nicest we have stayed at.

Just returned from a lovely weekend at this amazing property at The Bay. The location is perfect and the lodge itself us stunning...even better than the images! The owner was super repsonsive and helpful and the lovely welcome gifts were very much appreciated. We'd certainly recommend this property 100% and hope to return again very soon👍

Stayed at The Bay a few times now, but Just Beachy is by far the best! Like home from home.

I read the comments about the place and they were 10 out of ten, and its still 10 out of ten. What a lovely place it was better than we expected we like our 3 to 5 days away every month or so and this is a place we will definitely come back to. Clean, tidy and everything you need to just walk in and be home from home. Paul and his family should be proud of making it so home from home like Thanks again. Darren.

We Really Enjoyed our Stay At The Beachy. It is Very Well Equipped with Everything you need for your Stay. Very Clean, and good communication with the owner. Our little Doggy Enjoyed it too. Thankyou for His Treats and Our Welcome Basket too. We will Be Visiting Again.

The lodge is clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The extra thoughtful touches of a complimentary goodey basket, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, logs for the log burner and luxury cotton towels made it easier and extra special. We had some locley walks by the sea and enjoyed watching films in the evening on netflix. We will return in the future.

Lovely place would stay again

Amazing property. This is our 5th time at The Bay and I would definitely book this property again. It had everything we needed. Great addition of the coffee pod machine and Bluetooth speaker. Bed was very comfortable! And the sheets and towels smelt amazing. Already looking at booking again in a few months.

As always a great stay at the bay perfect location and accommodation sorry we broke a glass in dish washer replaced with slightly larger set sorry we didn’t hover before we left but couldn’t get hoover to charge cleaned what we could with dust pan and brush. Thanks for the lovely stay

A lovely lodge, in a lovely location, well worth a stay.

It was our first stay at The Bay and it won't be our last. No hastle getting in the lodge, emailed instruction clear. There was so much to see when we entered the lodge. The online photos were good but there is much more personel things the owners have put into very tastefully decorating the lodge. Loved the beach theme. Even down The had even thought to put 2 large umbrellas in their allocated slots on the wall. The coffee machine and a draw full of pods and different teas was an added surprise. It would certainly pass Anthea Turners white dust glove test. It was spotless clean everywhere. Even if you have a dog there is a tin of dog biscuits and bowls under the sink for them. We don't have a dog but there was lots walking passed on their way to the beach. There was no fighting between them and they were all kept on their leads. We didn't know how big the fridge was going to be, it was huge as was the freezer. We used the dishwasher, easy to operate. Dish washer tablets were provided. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed was there. The beds were so compfy, we all sleep really well. Love the rainfall walk in shower. Main bedroom had 2 good hair dryers. Love the lights on the decking too. It's a definate 10 out of 10 from the 3 of us. We will definately be back next year.

We were amazed at the interior of this holiday home. Someone has gone to a lot of trouble with the extras and it was greatly appreciated. It’s definitely the best holiday place we have stayed and will definitely be coming back.?
