Very nice unit,homie and everything you need was there from the unit to the ground floor of the building,it has supermarket and restaurants in the building,everything you needed is there. Plus very helpful and kind host,thank you again sir Jerome. From the moment we entered the unit we wanted to extend our stay already and that's what we did. I can make breakfast everyday💖. Netflix and chill with my husband💖. We felt home and had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much and will surely book here again.

1. Отличное месторасположение, Айала Авеню а соответственно Greenbelt Mall и Glorietta Mall 2. Много кафе, магазинов в шаговой доступности. 3. В квартире есть все, что нужно для жизни, плита, кастрюли, сковородки, стиральная машинка. 4. Насекомые не попадались. 5. Отличный ТВ с Netflix. 6. Приятная обстановка в самих апартаментах, а вид из окна просто супер! В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь здесь!

Иногда огромные очереди на лифт, бывает ожидание до 10-15 мин.

The place was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for our stay. They even had some simple ingredients for cooking

The place was perfect and has pretty much everything you need in the unit and surrounding area.

To organise the pool usage was absolutely ridiculous. You have to go to an office to get vouchers filled out between 8:30-4pm certain days even when your not sure when you’re going to swim? BUT.. That wasn’t the owners fault !! The owner couldn’t have been any more helpful and just amazing!!!

We like the ambience of the room and the lighting were match with the interior design.

It was very clean with all room amenities available. The location is in a mall with restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very accommodating and replies to your queries right away.

The property was some distance from the big shopping areas I.e. SM, Glorietta/Greenbelt, Landmark, etc. But one can conveniently hail a cab or walk a short distance to the jeepney/bus stop

There is a covered walkway to greenbelt mall. Staff is good

The elevator took longer then expected, designed fail
