We had a wonderful stay at Twin Tower Residence three-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and fully furnished, with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped (with electric stove, pots & pans, microwave, kettle, big fridge) and the bathroom was clean and modern. We also loved the view from the balcony, which overlooked the city. Easy access to the the city- JB/ Iskandar Puteri. The online staff of the Twin Tower Residence were very friendly and helpful. They were always quick to respond to our requests and easy self check-in/out. The quality of the furniture and amenities is top-notch. They are all new and have been well-maintained. There are two washing machines available for guests to use. The swimming pools are large and private. We have 2 parking lots (can fit 4 cars) available during our stay. We would definitely recommend Twin Tower Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Johor Bahru, especially travelling with big family, including kids and baby. We really enjoyed our stay here, but the only thing that would have made it better is if there was a Netflix account and a broom available for the guest. And the apartment is new so there is construction noise from the other units. Thank you Stayrene!

The bathroom shower was noisy. If possible, it’s better to place mirrors in rooms as dressing table.

Responsive friendly owner. Check in was swift and fuss free. Fast wifi. Very new facilities and interior.

Some noise as the neighbours were renovating (it is a new condominium with many haven't moved in yet). Didn't provide toothbrush. Both are minor inconveniences

Is new resident property, actually sld not offer for rent/homestay at this moment. Many renovation carry on around, even weekend non stop drilling and knocking. 8am+ already start till late evening. How to get rest, facility is not fully completed, dust everyway. Most important are the room offered are not safety certified. It sld be illegal partition out (if not mistaken). Door within door. If fire department inspection sure 100% fail. Really wonder how can the twin tower management approved the change of building structure. RM200+ pernight should rent a 3/4stars hotel instead of this property.

Very neat and clean with comfortable vibe. Place is equipped with kitchenware and rooms have hangers.

The bed had a little smell but easily resolved with disinfectant spray. Was super comfortable 👍🏻

The dining was set up nicely. Beds are comfy. Loving the pool for kids and adults are huge and clean.
