The location was perfect for us, very quiet among coconut trees, far away from the noises. The building was also very quiet. The very wide apartment was well equipped, very clear and ventilated. The very huge lounge had a balcony giving on the coconut trees - and sunset - and a wide table for meal. The wide bedroom with king bed size, had also a balcony on the same side, a wardrobe, AC, and a nice bathroom with hot water always present. Wifi was also always present. Cleaning has been done without asking. Everybody was very kind and friendly. A washing machine on the roof was at our disposable any time, with the lines to hang the laundry. Sea was at a walkable distance. It has been a treat for our last nights in Kerala, after 10 other hotels which never provided all what announced.

NA The building a little suffered of the salted air, which is natural on the sea side. Maybe a little more equipment in the kitchen, especially cutelry.
