Ideal location for Morshead Park. Very modern and spacious inside. Beautiful breakfast basket. Nice and quiet location. Would absolutely stay again!

The house is beautifully renovated - very tasteful decorations and furnishings. I felt like I was in my own home! The host was very helpful and provided lots of attention to detail such as a basket of food goodies and milk and juice in the fridge; there was a new iron and ironing board; plus extra sheets and blankets. The house suited our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers very well - having two bathrooms was very helpful. Thank you

If I was being very picky I would say that a small thing missing was a fan in the front bedrooms to help cool the rooms on sunny days. The owner has already agreed that this is a good idea :-)

Wonderful cosy little property, perfect for our night away. Lots of amenities and the breakfast provided was a lovely surprise. Comfy beds with electric blankets. Ensuite bathroom was lovely as was the other bathroom. The place smelt divine as we walked through the doors.

the lighting could been better no paper towelling in kitchen No instructions on how to use equipment no teapot no hand towel in kitchen no hand towels in bathrooms no towel rail in ensuite no labelling on liquid containers in shower no top sheet on queen bed lack of power points in main bedroom floor mat on window side (L/H side) of bed was very slippery on polished floor Master bedroom needs a ceiling fan or air conditioner

The location was great, very close to the city. The house itself was very neat and tidy and all the appliances were modern and in great working order. There were even Christmas decorations which was really sweet. I would definitely book this place again for myself and family.

The place was nice and clean, the appliances were all well functioning and suitable for the purposes. It was evident that hosts were very considerate for the guests from providing electric blankets for cold nights of Ballarat, different herbs and seasonings, coffee machine with capsules, range of teas and even some simple breakfast like fruit, cereal, milk and oj. The interior and layout had a homely feel which helped children to enjoy the stay. The location of the venue was convenient which was helpful to get around Ballarat. Communication with the host was excellent as they responded to our inquires via messages in a prompt and friendly way. We will definitely come back and stay again if we come back to Ballarat.
