A bottle of water/glass and or kettle would have been nice after 4 hours in the car. Otherwise lovely

A great location, able to walk into the city centre, however guests should be aware that this is not a hotel or B&B, it is just a bedroom inside a residential house within a housing estate.

Please be aware that this is not a hotel or B&B, it is just a bedroom inside a residential house within a housing estate. The room is on the ground floor off the hallway, but being a residential new build three storey property we could hear every footstep, showering and the front door being closed. When we arrived at the address provided we were a little confused and when queried with Jim he said that other guests had also been perplexed. Guests should also be aware that the bedroom door has no outside lock and therefore there is an element of trust. The ensuite could have been cleaner and had all personal belongings, we felt as if someone had given up the room for our stay. Jim left the house at 7.00am and left us to help ourselves to breakfast (cereal, orange juice, little (cheap) yogurts, and on one day a croissant).

Jim Coke (our host) provided a basic breakfast for us despite the Booking.com details which said no food provided We took our own croissants with us anyway.

Nothing really.......except the details shown on Booking.com were completely inaccurate. Address and location details on Booking.com were confusing. The Host...Jim.... was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
