Not cleaned, squeaky bed, wasn’t able to get in touch with the property to get in at the agreed time.

It was clean, well furnished and the people were friendly

Good value for money, the host was very helpful and polite and tried to resolve any issues I had right away. I got the sense they were new to hosting, so they were trying their best!

The cleaning needs a more thorough look, there were some essential amenities missing which had been advertised as included. The WiFi signal was very poor.

The only positive thing I can say is I like the cute studio set up, the kitchen was nice and so was the bedroom even though it could’ve been cleaned and dusted better.

Firstly , to even get to the flat was a struggle. So what I didn’t realise was the studio flat was in one big house at the top floor. I stood outside for 20minutes buzzing and banging on the door and no one answered , it started making me get worried thinking I was being scammed. Finally someone answered. So in that sense I definetely think they need become more organised and considerate to their guests, although I was told that the way to enter the property is to knock on the door and someone will open when that was not the case. Secondly, the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better, I found myself having to clean it myself as I saw little hairs in there, there was also a lot of other empty cleaning containers and toiletry products which I think should’ve been thrown away before our arrival. There was also an issue with the wifi so I found myself having to hotspot the smart TV. Overall I just feel like the person accommodating us could’ve been more welcoming and helpful.
