Downtown Retreat walkable to Lucas Oil and Gainbridge Fieldhouse
Esta casa de vacaciones está en Indianápolis y es una ubicación fantástica desde la que recorrer los alrededores. Te sentirás como en casa, o incluso mejor, gracias a detalles como wifi y aire acondicionado, además de una secadora y una tabla de planchar. Y eso por no mencionar las toallas, el jabón, el papel higiénico y el secador de pelo.

Check in & out was very easy and the host communicated quickly. Some people walked to downtown but it was almost a mile. The neighborhood isn’t good for a family but if this was a business trip or older group of adults it would be fine. The house is directly next store to a business that is busy during the day and has a lot of people around the outside. The beds and shower aren’t appropriate for anyone over 6 foot so just keep that in mind but they were comfy. The house could use some tlc on the outside but inside was cute and updated. However I don’t think it had been rented recently as cobwebs and spiders were in most corners and all over the bikes and bathroom.

This location was perfect for going to the DCI finals at Lucas Oil. Very walkable to dining and downtown. Very quiet and the beds were very comfortable

House and owners were great. Check in and check out was super easy and seamless. The house was comfortable for our party of 5. The best part of the property was the location. We were able to easily explore downtown Indianapolis without using a vehicle. It was an easy walk to the Gainbridge fieldhouse and felt like we were back home before cars were able to exit the stadium.

Had an event at the Mavris and this was a perfect location. Short walk to coffee in the morning and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay here and I would recommend it again. It is so convenient to downtown and the concert we attended at Old National Theater. It had all the amenities we needed, and is in a really pretty neighborhood. We'll stay here again the next time we visit Indy.

It was such a cute little place! The check in process was super Easy! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. It truly is very close to downtown the walk felt refreshing and we were blown away with how quiet it was at night with being that close to downtown on saint patricks day weekend as well as SuperCross being in town!

To start I will say this was a very clean and comfortable space, the beds were extremely comfortable and couch was very cozy! It is very accurate when it stated walkable to the stadiums, was less than 10 minutes!
The home is an older home so some spaces are not built for 6 foot plus but that really only applies to the restroom, the shower is a little small but that is that is the only thing! I would stay here every time I’m in town for anything! Host was very easy to communicate with through the app and very easy to talk to at any time! Drive way is big enough for one vehicle and that’s all we had, you easily could have parked another out front if needed! Would recommend to anyone with 6 adults!

This home is great! It's close to a great local coffee shop, restaurants and the stadiums. It's clean and well appointed. The beds are comfy and the living area is great for games or relaxing. My only complaint is the bathroom. My husband is quite tall and the sink/shower area are not built for taller people. It's an old home so I understand the complexity here but it was a draw back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very clean and neat in a pleasant neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Would stay here again.

This house was very clean, had everything you would need. Just minutes from downtown Indy and close enough to Butler University! Omar was great and easy to get a hold of. I will definitely stay here again😊
