We loved this beautiful house. The backyard/pool area is just phenomenal. We spent most of our trip just enjoying the pool or sitting on the dock watching the fish jump. All of the bedrooms are luxurious and each has a large private bath. There is an additional bathroom outside near the pool. There are 2 kitchens (one indoor and one outdoor). It was great to prepare and eat lunch outside so the pool playing didn't have to stop. There was also an outdoor grill and smoker (which we didn't get a chance to use). The pool table was fun and we played our music on the outdoor TV. You could see the ocean from upstairs and it was gorgeous. The house less than a mile from Sombrero Beach and 4 min from the Publix grocery store. Only very minor gripe as others have mentioned is that the house doesn't come with very many consumables so plan on stopping at the grocery store right after you arrive (trash bags, coffee filters, salt/pepper, detergent, kleenex, etc.). Also there is no beach equipment (chairs/umbrella) but that didn't bother us because we spent most of our trip at the beautiful pool. 10/10, book it if you can!

Let me start by saying that our stay here was perfect from beginning to end. When we got there we loved how meticulously clean and beautiful the house was. The decoration was stunning and the views amazing especially from masters on the second floor, where you can see the ocean. Each bedroom has a bathroom inside which I think its great, especially with a big group of people. Also each room has a tv inside and every room feels like a master of how spacious they are. We were a group of 12 including small children and older kids. The house had something to offer for everyone. The kitchen inside and outside had all the appliances needed to cook. We spent most of our time outside and it felt like paradise. The pool was very spacious with shallow area for smaller kids and the huge spa to fit most of us. It has a big terrace with pool table, also a bbq area, which is what we used the most, a beautiful deck for our 30 foot boat, benches to fish and kayaks with easy access to the ocean. The kids were able to fish, and saw manatees, the sunsets were like a postcard, what can I say? the best things about the Florida keys we found here. The sombrero beach its walking distance as well. The communication with host from beginning to end was quick and easy. I honestly recommend this rental 100% and I would definitely be back here next year.

This place was incredible! As soon as you walk in you can feel the start of what will be unforgettable memories and great times. With enough space to fit the largest of groups, the feel of luxury, and amenities galore, nothing beats this place for the price. It comes equipped with two kitchens (indoor & outdoor), a bbq, an outdoor TV, a billiards table, the pool and jacuzzi combo, balcony areas to hang out in, and access to the dock if you wish to bring or rent a boat. It is located right on the very street where the famous Fourth of July parade goes through, which truly a sight to see and a great experience for all ages should you choose to book it for that holiday. There are beaches nearby, as well as restaurants & stores for food and supplies. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and gave many great tips and recommendations. I highly recommend giving this giving this place a shot together your friends or family. You won’t regret it! In fact, I’m certain you will be coming back like I am, soon and often. Thank me later!

Where do I start? This house is brand new and it shows! Extremely clean and very nicely decorated! We all had our own rooms with smart tvs, with our private bathrooms (no need to share which was awesome) the rooms are all extremely spacious! The main kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything to make breakfast for 12ppl every morning! The outside is great! We spent most nights enjoying the pool and jacuzzi! The billiards table is always a plus! We rented a boat, that was delivered to the dock, we were able to do some great fishing in the early mornings, enjoy the close beach (I believe less then a mile away) during the day and just come and hang out by the pool in the evening! There are many restaurants and supermarkets close to the property which was also great! Host is also very responsive, we had some questions during our stay and she always took care of our needs very fast!

Really loved this home, very spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out but nice open space where we could all hang out together. Pool was excellent. Area was great or and the view off the back balcony was great. The only thing that kind of was annoying was the lack of some little things that a property at this price should just kind of throw in really. Like you only get 2 rolls of toilet paper and one tiny soap per bathroom. No laundry soap and only a few trash bags or even salt (though we left some for the next folks, actually we left a lot of stuff). Also no instructions on how to use the appliances ( they are high end and not what we are used to) or where to find the lighter for the outside stove, etc. Like I said, little things but enough all combined that I might pass on such an expensive property next time. Maybe a notebook giving an intro or something to the property would help? Could list some items to buy if they aren't provided? Thankfully the Publix is close by.
