chambre seule, TV, et chauffage. Appréciez.

Pas grand chose comme ustensile pour cuisiner exemple : pas de poêle.( Voisine de chambre squatter le seul poêle du cuisine tout temps). Cuisine dégueulasse, robinet de cuisine coulé 24/24 et temps en temps se mettait à sifflet bien évidemment le valve du robinet était sûrement à réparer, salle de bain dégueulasse, et bien évidemment la chambre n'avait pas été proprement nettoyée avant mon arrivée. L'endroit est tout juste bon pour des étudiants. Déconseillé aux familles en vacances et aux vacanciers. Déception.

The room was comfortable

The owner was rude, ignorant and threatening. I actually felt scared at one point. He threatened to evict us when we arrived because they had made a mistake with our booking and I questioned this.

Bed was comfy and rooms secure

We booked own bathroom and when arrived was told there was no rooms with own bathroom. We had to wait 25 mins for someone to let us in, then there was only a key to front door on outside. When locked you couldn’t get out the building. Had to wait for them to come back and let us out and one night when got back we had to wake up the other people staying to let us in as a key was left in the door on the inside. No bins in bedroom or bathroom. Advertised parking when booked and there was none, it’s permits only and they have no permits. Was informed they only just acquired the property so they def have a few things to sort out, especially being locked in the property, that is a serious fire risk

Bed was comfortable and place was nice to look at..

Shower didn’t work only dripped water , 1 towel for the whole weekend for two of us to share, no toilet paper anywhere to be found, door combination lock was a pain to use , also stated parking and there is none that the public can use, had to ark half a mile away in train station

You get what you pay for, clean room in a large house

Parking isn’t free there’s restrictions we had to park in fratton station £7 a day extra
