Great location on heart of King Street. It's efficient, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again for sure.

My two sons and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect for exploring Old Town Alexandria. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. There is also a parking spot that is easy to access and just a short walk from the condo.
There are just a few quirks to take into account: 1) The water pressure in the shower was very low, 2) the garbage or recycling truck arrived before 7am on both mornings of our stay and made quite a bit of noise directly underneath the bedroom window, 3) there is a very narrow set of stairs leading up to the condo, so if you have several bags it's very difficult to get them in the door and up to the unit.
But, apart from these things we really enjoyed our stay.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. We were two adults and 5 yo twins. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean. The location within Old Alexandria is just perfect, surrounded by cool shops and restaurants, and just blocks away from the metro station, which we used frequently to go to the museums in DC. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

The location and property were exactly as described and pictured. The apartment was clean and well appointed, a very comfortable residence to come back to after days of exploring the area. We cooked meals in the kitchen and also enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants and cafes.
Highly recommend this for DC tourists, as well. The Metro station is about a ten-minute walk away, straight down King Street. We ordered a few Ubers/Lyfts, on occasions when we had a tighter time frame. Very convenient location for everything.

The apartment was great - very charming, well appointed, exceptionally clean and in a very nice area. It is centrally located in the Alexandria Old Town historic district and is within easy walking distance of the King Street Metro, shops, restaurants and waterfront. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully book this property again whenever we are in the DC area.

The host provided a great experience and a greay place to stay right in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. The convenience of having shops, restaurants, and the Metro line to access DC whenever we wanted was fantastic. It was great to have such a clean, beautiful place to stay with so many amenities. We would highly recommend this place to oir family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property.
Pros:
1. Beautifully finished interior
2. Nice little touches in the property- Comfy bed linens, premium TP, kitchen dishware high-end, etc.
3. Location in downtown is 10 min. walking to the metro and in the heart of the shopping/dining of old town.
4. Even the pull-out sofa is a nice/high end piece, and my kids didn't complaint it was uncomfortable!
5. Reasonable price for this property given its location.
Cons:
1. Since the property is downtown, it can be a bit noisy since there is an outdoor restaurant next door and there was a guy power washing in the ally outside our bedroom window(kinda funny actually, and it was 8 am so it wasn't really a problem!)

We came to visit D.C. and chose to stay in Old Town. The walk to Landini Brothers (a must, i suggest booking on Open Table a few weeks out), down King Street, is breathtaking, with the lights on the trees and the crisp winter air. The condo was perfectly situated between Augie’s and the cutest Mexican restaurant, with a precious bakery across the street. It was surprisingly quiet in the apartment at night despite the thoroughness of King Street. The owner communicated, was kind, and left a binder of instructions for us to enjoy our stay. We had our six year old son (who just turned seven) and he enjoyed his stay as much as we did. However, with Murphy’s and a few other bars down further down the street, this would be a fun place for any age to stay. We took a short drive to the mall and visited the Natural History Museum, Air and Space, and visited the air and space museum from the Transformers movie also. Short commutes to each, and very easy to navigate with Old Town as our hub. Thank you for making our stay one to remember. We will definitely book with this owner again.

Great location centrally located in old town, Alexandria walking distance to shops and lots of restaurants and bars that was very convenient. The apartment was very cute. Decorated very pretty very clean. Wish the water pressure was a little harder in the shower but that’s OK. Still enjoyed it.

The entire process was seamless. Jennifer, the host, is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is even better than the pictures. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated fitted with quality furniture and appliances. The location is in the heart of the action on Kings Street. The bedroom is in the quiet back of the unit. I will definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay with our two young children. The space was immaculate and the location could not have been better. Beautiful interior with everything we needed. Highly recommend. The owner was very responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
