Perfect place to stay in San Pedro with the good price with good people.

The location was close to the water, dive shops and restaurants.

Worst thing was we didn’t have any hot water. We discussed this with management and was told to let the water run for awhile. We tried letting wasted water run for a long time and still took showers in cold water. When we arrived at the hotel the lobby looked like a storeroom and we were even hesitant to stay there. The room was facing the street (did have a nice window with curtains) and the street noise was loud. We could also hear neighbors talking in the other room and outside our door. The walls needed a coat of paint due to lots of scuffs on the walls. There were ceiling tiles loose and falling down in the bathroom. A water kettle was provided but no cups or coffee. Also no shampoo. Room was clean and room service staff was helpful.

Mir wurde in der Nacht (3.00 Uhr) vor meinem Aufenthalt eine von 2 Nächten vom Besitzer des Hotels heimlich storniert, was ich erst hinterher durch einen Anruf bei Bookings herausfand, da der Besitzer so tat, als ob er von gar nichts wüsste. Hotel ist völlig Komfort-frei. Auf dem Balkon konnte man tagsüber nicht sitzen, da die Kolonne der Diesel getriebenen Golfwagen nicht abriss. Nur Gestank und Lärm war in der Luft. Er hat mich dann für die erste Nacht bei seinem "Bruder" im Hotel Central Park untergebracht, was noch schlechter ist. Ein Fernseher stand herum, ohne jegliches Programm.

The room wasn’t ready, it appears to be mold on the walls, the bathroom door handle didn’t work, the fire alarm was hanging from the wall, wires were coming out of the exhaust fan, there was something underneath the sheets that made them feel like there was sand, there were black scuff marks on the walls. When I tried to relay my concerns to the lovely man at the front desk said “but everyone’s OK, right?” I told him that I needed to write a review-he said “ok”

Absolutely good for everything.

This is the place for stay and spend your time very well with small number of amount, High speed internet and very close to the airport,

Everything was fantastic. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, price was very reasonable and stuff was awesome. Best place to stay & best golf cart rental. We enjoyed there a lots.
