Rooms are neat and clean properly , room atmosphere is superb.

Room is clean. People are good.

Price is high, no proper food options, hotel is posh but location is full of drainage water flowing. Rooms are clean but congested, corners of beds are hitting the legs when walking, need to be very careful. Need to park on an empty site. Full of dogs barking in night.

Absolutely loved the room. Wasn't too big. Small and cosy and as soon as we came out we had a whole terrace to us with privacy. We had a picnic and night and it was beautiful. The staff were super sweet and hospitable. They welcomed us warmly and made sure we got comfortable and everything we needed I feel we would always come back to stay here if we visited again I absolutely loved it.

The breakfast was good but could be a slight better may be a little warmer.

This was a bad experience. They refused the room because we did not make the payment. I made the booking from outside the country for my wife and daughter. I had provided a local number. They had sent a mail, which didn't come to my attention until very late. They could have called on the local number and I would have made the online payment immediately. Literally my family was stranded at night in the unknown city. It was a nightmare. The staff at the hotel didn't care at all and made no attempt to make an alternative arrangement.

Booking.com showed no prepayment and free cancellation, but the property forced for prepayment and once payment was made, they said no free cancellation and no refund.
