Pool did not look clean - never used it which was very disappointing

AC was not working properly. Food was bad. Very congested rooms. Over rated guest house.

Great location within walking distance to Auroville. I had a room upgrade to a lovely room overlooking a forest but earlier I was put into worker housing which was noisy and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was supposed to be included but the service was chaotic. The room I was assigned was in the workers' wing of the property and the room was ugly so small like a closet. It was very noisy with workers. I paid for an upgrade for some time but was told I had to return to the workers' quarters as they had other bookings. A really poorly managed property but nice people who just hadn't been trained well....

AMBIENCE IS AWESOME AND SO SILENT.

Its near auroville so if you plan to visit it this is a good option. There was nice swimming pool. I was in during the night wich the staff did not like but it was not a big deal. The staff was helpful in arranging rikshas for me.

Unless you rent a motorbike the location is very unaccessible and there was a bit of a problem getting rikshas to come here. Getting out is ok as the reception just arranged rikshas for me, but it was a bit expensive.

Staff was friendly helpful polite. Good location , good food. Safe for solo female traveller.Will surely stay at same place in my next visit.

Location was very good, only 3 minutos walk from the visitor center.

The place was filthy. I waited to finish the trip to compare to other places to make sure I would have a fair review, but definitely was the worst accommodation during a 3 weeks trip with my husband. Walls were dirty. There was a lot of dust. The trash can in the bathroom was full when we first got in the room, the fan was black, looks like it hasn’t been wiped in the last couple of years. The bed was done, but certainly the sheets were used, there was hair in it and it smelt like sweat. The pool was green, no maintenance at all. Such a shame, because it could be a charming stay surrounded by nature and well located.
