Part 2 of our Honeymoon was supposed to consist of 2 nights in this beautiful condo in scenic downtown Paducah but due to unfortunate circumstances a week prior we could only stay one night and the host were more than helpful and very generous in letting us modify our trip by staying only the 1 night. VRBO needs to work on their medications process because it’s nonexistent. Walking distance to literally everything, such a perfect location and the condo was by far the most neat and awesome one we’ve stayed at in our travels. My wife and I loved Paducah and this property. We’ll definitely be back soon. Thank yall

Property was fantastic - as advertised. Location was great - walkable to all we wanted to do downtown, including farmers' market and numerous restaurants/bars. Downtown Paducah does not disappoint as a destination. Food/entertainment was varied and as good/better than advertised. Parking was easy. Easy access to anywhere in town. Amenities of the property were great (couches are very comfortable - even for a big guy). Be careful of rugs/runners (bunch up on you if you don't hit them right - very minor issue). Only downside was not receiving property access information until only minutes before check-in. I'm old school and like to have more control over my circumstances. Uncertainty about being able to access unit was frustrating. Not a knock on the property or its owners - just lesson learned on my end. If/when we stay again (which I absolutely would do), I'd just ask for that information well in advance of check-in time. Loved the place. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy downtown (anywhere) in Paducah.

Stylish. Well appointed. Great TV. Lots of space (for 2 people). Easy washer & dryer. Quiet bedroom. Nice bathroom, shower. Almost like home. Walking distance from great restaurants, breakfast spots, a cool bakery, the riverboat waterfront, theaters, antique shops, art studios and more! Owners responded quickly to all Qs. Will def stay there again. Stan & JB

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was a nice and clean place. It is close to whatever you need or want, including the water front.

Quick overnight getaway. Perfect location, beautifully decorated, very clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

It looked brand new and was spacious. Everything we needed was there and was such a great location within walking distance of The Carson Center which is where we were going, but also the Riverwalk and all kinds of restaurants and cute shopping opportunities
