Enjoy a quiet neighborhood a block from Royal Meadows Golf Course. This cozy 3bd 2.5 ba includes a classy full size kitchen and bar at your disposal. If you enjoy outdoors there’s a back patio with a charcoal grill and fire pit. For the sports fans you’re 5mins from Arrowhead/Royals stadium, 10 mins from hockey arena, and 15 mins from downtown TMobile arena located in the Power and Light District. There are cameras for your safety but none in the bedrooms or bathrooms.

We were in town for a royals game and worlds of fun. Great location for us. Owner is also very prompt with his replies.

The property was clean, as advertised, and easy to check in. It included all we needed for our stay and even had little extras! Easy access to get around to various places we visited and the proximity to Arrowhead stadium was amazing. We definitely plan to book again soon!

Nice. Clean. Just as pictured.
My only wish is there was a TV in all 3 of the bedrooms and that the bedrooms had closet utilization which would have been much needed for a longer stay. Overall we were satisfied and host was very accommodating.

The place was clean and a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to be close to the stadium. There was a some communication that could be clearer. When we booked the room on Vrbo it said check in was 12pm but the owner said 3pm. Had to contact about wi-fi .

There were bugs in the house all over. There was also a discrepancy with check in time. Our confirmation email showed it as 12pm, but the cleaning staff was there when we arrived at 2pm and said check-in was actually at 3pm. Raccoons got into the trash and the owner asked us to pick it up which we thought was odd. The owner did send someone to pick up the trash very soon after, however.

Stayed at the property with family for a concert at Arrowhead. Super convenient to stadium and other amenities. Unit was clean and well kept. Zero issues other than some fireworks really late on the first night of the stay. To be expected with 4th of July weekend, though. Outstanding communication with Corie. Thanks!

This property fit our needs very well. Came for a mini family reunion. The accommodations were great. Clean and Roomy. There were plenty of bedrooms, and 2.5 baths!!! Excellent location. Convenient to everywhere I needed to go. The property owner was great to work with. Answered all of my messages very quickly. Will definitely stay again.....

This apartment is is a very nice quiet neighborhood , we had no issues. The host was very nice and helpful , we arrived earlier than we were supposed to due to me reading the info wrong & the host was very nice about it and let us in 😊 the home was very nice and clean I feel like the pictures dont do it any justice. It is so cute and comfy ! I would book again !

Easy to find and access.good size for up to 6 people. Short Uber to downtown. Incredibly well-stocked cupboards and refrigerator and freezer.

Corie is a great host, made check in easy. The home is well stocked with extras and plenty of linens and towels. I really appreciated the extra tv’s for the kids games, no one had to share. Great location to Chiefs stadium. All around great place, thank you for sharing your home.

This pace was perfect. It’s exactly 5 minutes from the Chiefs stadium. It’s super comfortable. The host had water and other refreshments for us. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The Beds were comfortable. They had a few ganes. There was 2 TVs in the living room and one in the dinning room to entertain family. We had our on Aldo in room we were staying in. There’s 3 bathrooms. This place was lovely, All the bedrooms are upstairs. You can’t really hear much noise from downstairs if you are upstairs. I will definitely book here again.
