Room was nice and large. Bed was comfortable, most are not. Heater worked well and matched what you set it on. Floors were very clean. Great location for food. Pet friendly.

Could have used a microwave and fridge for longer stay guest.

Basically everything. The lights didn’t stay on when we needed them to or stay off when we “turned” them off. They would flicker on and off constantly making it extremely hard to sleep. Also the water had no in between with temperature. It was either scolding hot or ice cold. The cover on the floor that divided the area where the sink was and the bathroom wasn’t even attached and kept sliding off. The door didn’t stay locked and wouldn’t close all the way so cold air was seeping into the room while we slept which caused the ac/heater turning on every 5 minutes. Then when we came back from having a long day we were charged extra money due to inconsistent communication of the app that was used for the booking and the system the hotel uses. When the reservation was made it was said that there 2 adults and 2 children ages 15 and 12 staying in the room. Nowhere in the process of booking did it say that kids over the age of 11 would be considered as adults and the attendee was accusing us of being in the wrong and that it was our fault and wanted proof of the kids ages. So 11$ was charged again to the card for the price difference that was apparently our fault for having wrong.

The bedding hadn’t been cleaned from the people before and you could tell from the hair and food in the sheets even though they made the bed!!! The tub was nasty even had lipstick in it. Towels were gross and looked as if they just reused them from the people before bc there was lipstick on those also! The lock on the door isn’t not anything anyone should feel safe, ur basically praying u hear the flip lock catch if someone were to try to open the door, the maid does not knock before coming into the rooms!!! The site says u get all these things when you stay there such as coffee and so forth not a slum motel that rents by the hour are nicer than this one!

Felt very unsafe, door barely locked. Charged $50 deposit, which hasn't been refunded yet.

Didn't offer breakfast and place was so dirty I wouldn't have eaten it
