Rooms were nasty. Dirty! People fighting tell late in the night! Smelled like pot! I tried to get my money back before we stayed they refused!

There were dead roaches in the room. Toilet didn't work which maintenance said was fixed, it wasn't. We made them aware of not battery in the smoke alarm. That was never addressed .

The location was nice and very easy to get to from the highway and there were restaurants close by.

The room stank alot. The door locked but bugs could get it because it didn't shut all the way. My son crawled into bed and there were bugs in it. The bathroom door didn't shut at all and the tub was falling apart. The room was very dingy and very outdated and could definitely have been cleaned for sure.

We were shown 3 rooms total. None of the rooms had smoke detectors, the sprinkler heads were taped off, the ceiling was falling in one of the rooms, there was black mold under all 3 sinks. The bathroom door wouldn’t even shut in the one bathroom. There were burn holes in all of the bedding along with stains. We asked to speak to a manager and was denied. Due to health concerns we had to book a different hotel and now they property will not refund our money even though they filled our rooms we were supposed to be in. The girl (Brittany) at the front desk refused to let me speak to a manager, she wanted us to follow her around the hotel looking for a room that was suitable, we ended up missing things that we had scheduled to do while we waited to see about a refund and we’re still denied it. I’m probably going to report the property to the fire Marshall and health department.

The front desk lady was very kind.

Unfortunately, The place was very dirty. The floor in the room/kitchen and the bathroom was gritty and grimy to touch so I keep my shoes on. There were holes in the blinds. The door wasn’t tightly flush with the frame so you could see the shadow of ppls feet walking by and the smoke from their cigarettes would waft directly in the room. There was also visible grime round the front door, in the bathroom around the toilet and shower and the smoke detector was broken, pulled apart and hanging inside of its cage. We immediately checked out.

Cleanliness. Working appliances would of been nice as well as privacy. Washer and dryer issues along with some buggs. Overly priced.

The bed was good. Was quiet and was able to sleep. We did get checked in quick. Liked that there was a little refrigerator as we needed a place to keep ice for our drinks. Parking was good.

When we got there to check in the lady there rolled her eyes, didn't even smile. The shower had no shower curtain and took the water forever to get just luke warm. Needed some upkeep. The elevator made a scary loud boom at second floor. There was stairs taped off due to needing repair. The charger ports and plug in's by the bed didn't work. Lighting could have been better.

Very friendly staff & people that were staying there it was a very nice stay

It could have been alittle cleaner had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in & our TV had to be fixed which took an hour but in all it was great!

I like that if you are staying for 28 days or more and you sign a tax form on your first day of stay that you are re-embursed the tax you paid. Nice bonus!

Lazy guests not taking their trash to the dumpster.
