Upon arrival, it was easy to enter, instructions were great. We felt the home was clean overall, the floors could have been cleaner. We contacted the property manager right away because there were some things we felt needed attention. they were quick to answer, but the issues were not resolved. The security gat which led to the back of the house was broken off the hinges, and remained that way all during our stay. The screen on the back patio was in disrepair and we needed to remove a portion so it did not fall on the children. The patio overhang was not working, they were aware of such. The acoustics in the main room are horrible, especially when children are playing, plus adults could not watch TV in the evening because it was too loud for the people in the upstairs bedroom area. Location is great, so close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The master bedroom shower was amazing - over the top enjoyable. Property Manager was very kind to return items we had unexpectedly left behind. (shipping charges) Overall, we had a great time, but due to the noise level, probably would not return.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the pool was great. The only thing was we were unable to use the outdoor grill because it was flithy.

This place was wonderful! It was spotless and has everything you need to enjoy and relax! The rooms are very spacious and the pool is gorgeous! You won’t be disappointed.

This property was the perfect spot for a long weekend get together with a group of old friends. It was plenty of space for 9 adults and was well stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking, relaxing and celebrating. Great, safe neighborhood in a central location close to all the fun things StL has to offer. Our whole group agreed we’d love to come back in the summer to enjoy the great outdoor spaces as well.
