Clean, comfortable, secure and well located facility with gated parking. All amenities were provided and management was always in contact providing information relative to the facility.

Beautiful, super clean, quiet, parked right in front of our unit. Sunshine Memphis breakfast spot just a few minutes walk

A little tricky at first to understand there was an after 5 gate code and a room door code, but then it all worked great. A little farther to walk to downtown than we had originally realized.

Location was amazing, studio was amazing. Loved it and will definitely stay again.

Do NOT let this keep you away, but the parking...what a nightmare! I drive a Subaru Forester and it took 20 minutes, several swear words, my backup camera and my daughter guiding me to back out of the parking area. We didn't park there the second night. There was other parking in the back of the property and that worked out fine, but it is not a secured lot.

The second bed, the sofa bed is really short.

Parkkipaikka pihassa. Asunto oli todella siisti ja siellä voi itse tehdä ruokaa. Kohtuullisen lähellä palveluita ja aika karun oloista seutua, mutta silti kadulla oli rauhallista.

Im rarely impressed by things anymore lol but guess what... Impressed! What a great value! And you know how sometimes renters take those catfish pics that are either from 2 years ago or have that just right angle to make it look better than it is...nope...opposite. It's even better in person. It's got a vibe... that's what both my guests said. Great location. You are literally across the street from a victorian house turned museum and less than 10 minutes to downtown. Very secure and completely gated. So comfy. Oh and did I tell I tell you the bathroom has a vanity nook with all your makeup accessory essentials? Guess what else the bathroom has...a bidet attachment on the toilet. Literally everything you need is there... but also a shampoo-body wash- conditioner hotel-style attachment in the shower, makeup wipes and cotton balls, bedside charging station, a sound machine for sleep, electric kettle for your tea drinkers, and one of those choose your own adventure coffee makers and yes they even have tea and coffee stocked in the cabinet. Id definitely stay again.

The primary parking lot is small and can be a lil tricky when leaving but I didnt have an issue. Also, there is gobs of street parking and an additional lot in back.
