Great location for exploring Blacksburg and VT. Easy walking to campus and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable for my family of 3. Nice updated amenities.

It has all the comforts. Kitchen is well equiped. Beds are comfortable. Very clean.

Our stay at this fabulous house over Christmas was beyond any expectation. The owner went over the top to make the house cozy and comfortable. There were decorative lights on the house and a Christmas tree inside- perfect when having to be away from home. The house was very updated with a super nice bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked. The appliances and cookware appeared to be brand new and we had everything g we needed to cook meals. There was an abundance of towels and supplies. As stated, the location is great. Walking distance to downtown and campus. There’s a lot of green space around the house with a big back yard and a town park right up the hill. There is a great fire pit in back with plenty of wood and seating. Granted we were there when there were no students, but being at the end of the road and the community space all around, it was so quiet and peaceful. This is our new home away from home when visiting our families in the area.

My family and I loved our stay! It was a great location with plenty of things in walking distance (including tech campus) and a cute park with a great little walking trail for my dog. The house was superb! It was decorated so nicely and was very clean, comfortable, and came great amenities - plenty of towel, blankets, and pillows. Richard was extremely responsive and polite in all of our correspondences. My family and I have definitely added this to our favorites and plan to stay again next time we’re in Blacksburg.

Great location and house

We stayed for two nights to visit our daughter at Virginia Tech. The house was perfect! It is well maintained, nicely decorated and convenient to Virginia Tech. The host went out of their way to make us comfortable, and supplied extras; cleaning supplies & laundry soap. We hope to stay again on our next visit!
