I loved it! Everything worked fine, place was clean, quiet and services were more than enough. I will definately recommend hotel for others!

Everything was good. Location is great. After checkout luggage storage should be available like in Citybox hotels with card access. Currently you depend on availability of the host till 6 pm.

Good location. A wee bit tricky to find the entrance initially and self check in was fine but a challenge for those in front of us! The room was a good size and clean.

We enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette and laundry, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

It was an amazing experience in this trip. The hotel was excellent. Nearby with most attractions in helsinki. Easy way to self check in and out. The room was big. Clean , and has almost things needed . The staff was very nice and helpful

Conveniently located near to the port and a short walk or tram ride to the centre. Unfortunately on arrival the automated checkin did not work, however this was resolved within a few minutes. Checkin is also completely inflexible, so if you arrive a few minutes before 3pm you still have to wait until exactly 3pm. However once checked in the hotel has great facilities with a kitchen in the room (including a dishwasher!) - the only thing missing is a tv which as a solo traveller is nice for company. Overall though I am very satisfied

New property that is an aparthotel and it is perfect. Clean. Good furnishings. All kitchen utensils etc. Near to good bars and eateries and grocer. Tram stop right outside. Also can walk to Viking ferry. Pleasant staff.

The accommodation is nicely located. The sauna place is great. Our room was good but a bit small for staying there incl. cooking. The bike rental is very nice. Unfortunately the promised cleaning service didn’t take place.

We loved it! And bonus was free laundry! Amazing!

We did not enjoy staying here. Check in was a nightmare and not allowed until 3pm on the dot. For 11am check out staff were knocking on our door prior to 11am. We walked in the room and it smelled like Body odour. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it was difficult to sleep. The mattress was only 1.5 inches thick. The thin flabby pillow was worse. It would have been more comfortable camping. The shower floods the bathroom fllor and there is no conditioner or hairdryer. There is one soap/ shampoo hybrid. We paid a lot to stay here (over $300 CAD) for the limited value. There is no staff around after 6pm so you can't call or ask for help with anything. No check in desk it is all self serve. We paid 3x more on a Wednesday night to stay than it would cost the next night when there was no event on. We would never stay at this chain of hotels again and would caution everyone against it.

Very expensive compared that you don’t get that much for your money.

What a great find. Not a resort hotel but a simple clean, comfortable and extremely well located place to stay. Great price and value. We will go back again when we return to Helsinki.

Excellent stay

Everything was super but the bed a bit hard.

Very close to Viking ferry port but still quiet. Walking distance to old harbor and town center. Bed on hard-side.

Breakfast at finca las ventanas was delicious, but menu should have more choices. Empanada for two morning was too much, although it was delicious. I found no hair drier in the room. When I checked out, I asked this. They said that every floor has service station which has hair drier. This info should be posted. Except that, everything was good.

It wasn’t a full service hotel - there was no staff at all. It was more like a private room in a dorm.

Bad location, pretentious, uncaring staff. Feels like a youth hostel.

We loved our little studio which had everything one needs and norhing unnecessary. The common spaces are also very nice.

Great Big room where we could meet up the 6 of us on the balcony. Good location.

We love staying at Noli apartments. This is our third time. The room is clean, simple, and well thought out. People with various lifestyle and needs are all well accommodated. The dishwasher, plates and glasses are awesome! I don’t think you get that elsewhere. Maybe not everyone agrees with me on this, but, having no TV in the room is an excellent way to go. You can relax more and the interior becomes clean and beautifully minimalist.

The hotel was great. However the guy at the host office who took our bags told us to be back before 6pm. We arrived at 5:10 to find the office closed with a note to call security to get access. And a poster with there office ours on public holiday closing at 5pm. Which is not what we were told by the host. I’ve had to use my nz mbl to call security. We needed our bags urgently to get a flight. This is the downside of this hotel when there is no 24hr reception and you can’t talk to anyone in charge after hours. It doesn’t work for all travels. Sorry but this has cost me time, money and stress. I would not recommend this hotel based on this service or lack of it.

Lovely apartment hotel HOWEVER, be CERTAIN you have received a check-in code before you arrive! Self check-in on a tablet and you need the code. We were lucky that staff answer the dbell but they aren't always there.

Great location close to everything. Fantastic water pressure and a great shower. Bed is very comfy. Walking distance to everything in central Helsinki.
