Great location even if it is not a beach front. Close to everything as it is right at the center of the city. Lovely and comfortable rooms (2 levels, 2 beds) which can host easily 4 people. Clean with a tropical and esthetically pleasing character.

We stayed 2 nights and in one of them there was no power and water so it ruined the whole experience. We learned that this is quite common so we ended up paying for basically a camping experience. They offered us a 20% discount for one night which was absurd. Rooms do NOT have wifi. For the price we payed that was unacceptable.

great pool area which is quiet and sheltered. Provided free chilled drinking water from a fountain, not bottled. Plenty of loungers by the pool. Gorgeous big rooms and a nice shower. Great location

Not much, it can be a bit loud but I think compared the alternatives on Isla Holbox it’s probably quite quiet

people and cute hotel. the staff is very friendly and the room is big. the pool area quiet and you have murals everywhere in the hotel which makes it cute. located in the main road, 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. the restaurant Rosa Mexicano is very good.

receptionist was very nice and welcoming. location is amazing, there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. wifi wasn’t good but it didn’t bother us.

i feel like it’s bit overpriced that there is no tea, coffee or even water, neither toothbrush. it would be good with mini refrigerator in rooms . water came out to the room a bit seemed like the shower curtain didn’t work.

Unfortunately we had several times issues with the TV, but the staff is very friendly and helps always. Also since there is no kitchen at the restaurant, it is impossible to borrow any small things like a spoon, a bowl or so... Nothing major at all, just something to be aware of. A bit pricey for what you get from our perspective

Very stylish and beautiful Hotel. Huge beds which were very comfortable. Nice balcony and friendly staff.

Wifi was very slow, no fridge in the room. No complementary drinking water.

The property was very clean with nice staff. Was close to the beach and many great restaurants.

The Wi-Fi was very poor. Used a lot of cellular data due to weak or no Wi-Fi signal. Very frustrating.

The swimming pool was nice and shadowed by a lovely garden. The decoration is excellent, and details are taken into account

There is little light in the rooms, but this is so little detail to interrupt the great experience at the place.

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, very comfortable and clean room, with amazing bathroom. It’s in city center so you’re in the heart of the party 😊 10min walking distance from ferry and maybe 2 min to the beach. Friendly staff who love to help if needed. Really recommend!

Perfect Location - walkable to restaurants, bars, clubs and beach! Hammock was a cool touch! Balcony was great!

Internet connection was spotty at best, water pressure was low and temp was cold. Bathroom was very small with little counter space.

The room was very spacious, clean, relaxing and well located.

hotel is very nice and conveniently located in the art of the village and just a short walk from the beaches. rooms are very quiet, beds comfortable and cleanliness is also very good. the pool in the hotel is a good plus to your stay.

we had a fire at the hotel during the first night and the way the situation was managed was really not professional. there was no evacuation procedure at all. we woke up at 3am with some guys shouting, and only going out of the room to understand what was going on we realised there was a fire, so we quickly took our values and passports and left the room. fire was luckily extinguished with buckets of water taken from the pool as there's no fire brigades on the island and they did not have extinguishers. a scary experience luckily ended well, but management should put a procedure in place for these situation considering the island also has water supply issues very often.
