Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt für 4 Nächte. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Es gab Handtücher zum Duschen und für den Strand.

Das Wasser in der Dusche hat mehrfach übel gerochen (gammlig, faule Eier). Das Leitungswasser war salzig, also auch nicht sehr angenehm zum Zähneputzen. Die Armaturen im Badezimmer und die Pfanne könnten mal ausgetauscht werden,

Great location, perfect self contained room which had everything you need. Cute and private.

The only problem was the water. They must have really old taps or something so the water stank when showering, washing etc

great location- close to the beach, close to town, not far from the ferry and the staff was lovely. The rooms were beautiful. Great value for money. As previous reviewers mentioned one is allowed to use the sun beds at Nana’s beach bar, which is also a great place with good food!

I love the location and decor of the property. It’s a great value. There is a mini kitchen also.

The shower is a bit dingy, but it’s to be expected, considering the humidity of the island.

A very nice studio with friendly staff. The best part is the sunbed on the beach that you get for free + a margerita. We enjoyed that very much.

Great location in Holbox and a comfy room. Lovely hosts with a cute son who was always running around. The free sunbed and Margies every day down at Nana beach club were great when everything on the island is so expensive. The Margies was the best we had our whole trip

the room could have been cleaner, thick dust on the top of the curtains, fan etc. bathroom and kitchen fittings quite tired and limescaled. Also the room wasn’t cleaned at all during our 5 day stay, would have been nice to have a change of sheets or just a sweep of the sandy floor.

Location and be able to enjoy the lounge chairs by the beach at the resort.

Location is central Beach club you can use (but you have to pay to use the proper sunbeds) The lady who checked us in was nice

I wish I’d paid more attention to the negative reviews before booking because they’re right. maybe we were unlucky with the room we got, but I think these are broader problems in that the property is not looked after. - The bathroom absolutely stinks of sulphur once you turn the shower or tap on. it was so bad we hardly showered! I assume this is a dirty drain and hopefully not the water itself. - There is just one toilet seat which is a padded little kids toilet seat. - We booked a studio so we could cook but the kitchen was not equipped. No pan or kettle, we had to ask for knives and forks - we ended up having to eat out more than we budgeted for. - I messaged booking when we got there to see if we could move because it was not as described, but Booking just forwarded my message to the owner. He said all the rooms were as described and the only difference was decor. he offered to move us to a different room but at that point we figured it was pointless if they’re all the same. - you can hear everything from outside. Most nights weren’t too bad (there’s a live band a few buildings over most nights until 11/12) but on our first night some guests downstairs were playing German rap loudly at 1am in the common area. I asked the owner about this, because I really needed to sleep, and he basically said I was lying.
