We had an amazing time at this condo. It was the perfect fit for our large crew. Each bedroom having a bathroom attached was a great perk. The location was great - a few steps from the beach, the boardwalk, great food, and other amenities. The property was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, too. The condo owner gave great information and was prompt with communication. I wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

There was enough space for each family member to be comfortable, we never felt on top of each other. The property was very clean and the elevator in the building always worked. You can’t beat the proximity to the boardwalk. The only criticism I have is the lights on the exterior hallway are very bright and shine through the blinds to the bedrooms; blackout curtains are recommended. If you need darkness to sleep well, this may pose an issue. We ended up placing trash bags over the blinds to keep the light out at night.

We had such a nice stay! The condo is beautiful and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and very nicely furnished. Having two parking spots in the garage was a huge bonus, and it is a prime location for the beach & boardwalk. Nancy was detailed and very helpful in all of our communication. Check in and check out went very smoothly! We would absolutely stay here again.

Our entire experience was amazing. Nancy was responsive and the unit was exactly as described. Location couldn’t be better. When we got home we realized we had left something behind and I contacted Nancy who immediately arranged to ship the item to us. We will definitely be back!!

First I'd like to say that working with Nancy Roes was great! She answered all my questions and was very helpful when we arrived a little early.
The rental was very clean and organized. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to prepare nice meals without much fuss. There was a vacuum available to clean up the sand and any other dirt that was brought in. The bedspreads and pillows were clean. I usually have an issue about walking around any rental in my bare feet ,but not this one. The floors were very clean! I will definitely be interested again!

My wife and I, along with our kids, their spouses and our grandkids totally enjoyed our stay in Nancy's condominium. The condo is well equipped, clean and larger than the photos led me to believe. The location is great. There were numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible with a nice wooden walkway. The grandkids loved the pool. Nancy was easy to deal with and communicated everything we needed to know. Highly recommended host and property.

Nancy’s place was so clean, bigger than expected and we were able to walk to so much. Right on the boardwalk and oceanfront view is amazing! Had to wait a bit for the elevator which was a little annoying but mostly good building. Had communal area outside to rinse off sand from feet. Safe and cozy well decorated unit.

This is the best place our girls group has ever rented. Its very clean, modern, well stocked, plenty of room for everyone and location, location, location! There are 7 of us and we did not need to use the sleep sofa. Everything is right there..the beach, pool, boardwalk and the views from the balcony are amazing. We watched dolphins early in the morning almost every morning. The parking garage was a plus. The Belmont is a safe and secure place to stay. Our host Nancy is the best! Answered my emails immediately and answered all my questions. Our group recommends Belmont 702 to all, it will not disappoint! We are booked for next year and counting down the days!!

The condo is clean and well maintained. It is close to all of the attractions. No complaints about the condo itself. They only con for us was the pool has no shade options and isn't very big. Otherwise would highly recommend for a family.

My family stays on and off of the boardwalk every year in ocean city. This was the cleanest place we’ve stayed so far, complete with all essentials aside from bedding, and as good of a view of the boardwalk that there is! Highly, highly recommend!
