Hotel muy moderno, habitaciones muy amplias con todos los servicios necesarios. Excelente ubicación a sólo unos minutos del aeropuerto de San José, perfecto para quedarse si se tiene un vuelo pronto en la mañana. Además está junto a un mall donde hay tiendas para cualquier necesidad, desde farmacias hasta ropa o comida. El personal muy amable y atento.

Just that the coffee machine is to be used just for Hilton diamond members. I found this not nice. You feel degraded when you are hearing you are not allowed to use that coffee machine. We all pay for breakfast so this should be accessible for everyone..

Brand new property a few minutes from the airport. Fantastic fascilties, excellent room and amazing restaurant. The staff are very good and very friendly. The Mall is right next door.

We have been received by the rudest receptionist ever: Alexander Cabezasa. We were 5 people and had booked 3 bedrooms for 1 night. He was sick, sniffing and coughing all the time without wearing a mask, welcoming us in a coarse matter, constantly asking us to hurry up, breathing impatiently, he did not want to give us a receipt for our full payment, saying we would receive it next day. A very scandalous behaviour I had NEVER experienced before in beautiful Costa Rica.

Location and cleanliness .

It’s an okay hotel for a night before your next flight - clean and quite modern, the staff was also very nice and helpful. The location was perfect - 3 min drive front the airport. They also offer a free shuttle bus to the airport which was great for us.

We booked for 3 people and received two double beds, but the room was clearly intended for two people. The double beds were tiny - I am not even sure if they had 140cm, we also received two bottles of water and two towel sets. After calling we of course received an extra set and an extra bottle, but still - it was really hard for two people to squeeze together on such a tiny bed. The breakfast was average, comparing to the other hotels from this chain.

Das Restaurant war total schlecht und Mega teuer im Verhältnis. Essen war nicht gut und der Serviceleiter nicht sonderlich freundlich

Das Zimmer war super schön auch der Pool war super sauber und alles in Ordnung.

Das Essen war gut aber leider extrem teuer.

The TV controllers, cheap for the Hilton name also difficult to navigate TV options. I’m a seasoned traveler.

Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe und der Shuttle Bus war schnell beim Hotel, man musste keine Minute warten.

Das Zimmer ist aber sehr laut und das Pool war den ganzen Tag gesperrt..

Lage in Flughafennähe direkt neben einer Einkaufsmall. Shuttle vom/zum Flughafen verfügbar. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer ausreichend groß.

Leider war das Hotel etwas hellhörig.

The property is great and the rate was good value for money. It is a brand new hotel and everything has been thought carefully.

The quality of the breakfast could have been slightly better. Scrambled eggs were completely overdone. It is a pity because the restaurant offers good food and wine, so they know how to cook. Just the breakfast you feel that it is on the cheap side.

A repülőtérhez nagyon közel van. Tiszta, tágas. Ingyenes reptéri tranzit. A szomszédban nagy pláza, éttermekkel és vásárlási lehetőségekkel.

A szobák hangszigetelése borzalmas. Egy Hiltontól azt várná el az ember, hogy nem zúg éjjel a vízvezeték, nem hallatszanak át hangosan a szomszéd emelet vendégei, és nem jön fel az utca zaja a 6. emeletre. A recepciós lány szegényke hiába tud angolul, annyira beszédhibás hogy felét nem érteni annak amit mond. A vezetőség felelőssége lenne kiemelt kommunikációs pozícióba érthetően beszélő személyzetet tenni. Az étkezések ideje túlságosan korlátozott, pedig nagyon sokan korai járatokkal repülnek. A medence korán bezárt, este nem lehet használni, fölöslegesen fizettünk medencés szállodáért.

A beautiful, new, contemporary hotel with a nice relaxing vibe. The pool and pool bar was very nice and breakfast was very nice in the restaurant. The gym was also well equipped. Loved being walking distance to the Shopping Mall!

The key card handover at exactly 3pm! We arrived at 2.45pm.. I suspect the rooms were ready and it was a rules thing…

Everything was great. Go to the mall right beside the hotel instead to eat. We went there after our meal at the hotel - tons of affordable options.

Restaurant food could use updating. My steak was terrible I couldn’t even eat it.

Great location if you are on the way to airport. It’s just next to the mall which is convenient. Spacious rooms and very clean.

Bed was a bit small. Overpriced breakfast. We waited shuttles at the airport and they were not running so often. Took us 1h to arrive there. Uber is not doing airport pickups and taxis were charging crazy prices for driving us 1 km. Not such a great first impression.

Location was next to the city mall, which was nice. Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
