The cleanliness, the hospitality, the staff were really friendly & helpful, the location is good & not so far from Haram, there’s taxis & there was buses but i didn’t use them

De bedden waren heerlijk! Ook grote kamers met zeer dikke gordijnen en heel geluidsdicht. We voelde ons helemaal verwend. Vooral door Amir Imran en de Turkse chef-kok die elke dag een heerlijk ontbijt maakte speciaal voor ons.

De inlog kaartjes van de kamer deden het vaak niet waardoor we wat vaak naar de receptie moesten. Maar voor de rest was alles top. Er komt regelmatig een shuttlebus richting de lasdoos al haram

The location was good and the property was clean.

The staff attitude was generally poor and nonchalant. They rarely maintained eye contact when speaking to guests. The automatic doors at the entrance door need looking into. On one occasion I bashed my face in the glass as it failed to open automatically as expected. The staff were not empowered to take simple decisions. The Bus shuttle to the Haram Masjid was unreliable and failed to show up on 2 occasions. There was no money changing facility at the property.
